The service from the staff was flawless. They were so helpful! Great breakfast and nice facilitates.

hotel rooms were a little dated, tech needs updating. We unfortunately had a really rainy/wet visit, the TVs do not have any of the streaming services built in or ability to cast to from a phone.

Stayed for honeymoon and received a complimentary room upgrade which was great. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, in the quieter area of Anacapri away from the business of Capri. Shuttle service provided to Il Riccio bar with beautiful views, albeit pricey. Stunning views from the room.

Compared to the cost of other luxury stays we could not justify the price, for example for the price we would have expected at least soft drinks in the mini bar to be included (has been included in other significantly less expensive stays elsewhere). Others have mentioned thin walls and we did notice a lot of noise from works upstairs early in the morning as well as noise from a neighbouring room. Although we enjoyed our stay we wouldn't return from a value for money perspective.

spa was not great. small pool. no hair drier. we were not allowed to use the hot/cold water like other spas. they said it is for treatment. a little commercial .

Good location, pretty grounds and pool when it’s not raining.

The spa which is a big selling point of the hotel is tiny, messy, substandard for a five star hotel and overpriced. There is no communication between staff reflective of poor management particularly when there is an issue. We were given the smallest, most narrow room, with a terrible smell and when we requested to be moved we were offered a room with mold in the cupboard and an active renovation project. It was only with much pushing from us that we found a solution. The luggage from the port arrived ours after our arrival so that our first day was taken up by managing the hotels mistakes and shortcomings and not enjoying our holiday. At this price point this utterly unacceptable. Last but not least. the copious dried flowers in the lobby and bar, give the hotel a stale unpleasant smell and are an allergy hazard.

I had the pleasure of staying there recently and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. One thing that stood out to me was the super friendly staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. In addition to the staff, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. I was able to enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the island and the sea from my room, which added to the already wonderful experience. Finally, the rooms themselves were truly wonderful. They were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making my stay at the Capri Palace Hotel truly one to remember. Overall, I would highly recommend the Capri Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience on the beautiful island of Capri.
