Great place, great host, great breakfast. Room clean, with private bathroom and private boiler. We were really happy.

We stayed in the huge and beautifully furnished suite. Four poster bed, comfortable separate sitting area and enormous bathroom. The place was spotlessly clean and well-managed by Carmen. She not only welcomes you to her bed & breakfast and tells you some of the best places to visit, but she also makes a fantastic buffet breakfast in the morning. We had a view of the towering St Michael's Church. There is a very tasteful and pretty courtyard area that guests are encouraged to enjoy. When the windows are closed the room is very quiet, however if you keep the windows open at night, you can can hear the late night party revelers. The location was excellent for walking around Leuven. There were lots of great restaurants and bars nearby.

The shower is in a bathtub and the doors to close this area are very awkward and difficult to manage. Maybe a walk in shower would be better or a fixed glass panel on the bathtub.

breakfast is good, fresh orange juice should be fine, but was not there.

Nice quiet hotel in a quiet street with all facilities nearby.

Generally, nothing to complain about. It might be warm in the top rooms when it is hot outside - I had exceptional weather with almost 30'C outside.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. It is easy to walk everywhere and the activities, restaurants and shops are all close by with many options. Carmen does a wonderful job of making one feel welcome and she is very helpful with any questions.

A little noisy at night with students on the streets, but easily remedied by closing a window.

plus: centrally located, close to restaurants, hospital, university building. very nice breakfast.

min: no airco in the room, noise alarm in the neighborhood during the night, they only have a small parking facility (upon reservation)

The owner is very friendly. She takes real good care of her guests. The rooms are of good quality and complete. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Great breakfast!

Enjoyed hospitality of Carmen. We arrived late evening and she was waiting for us. The room was with 2 large beds (excellent for family with 2 kids). Clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Carmen helped with industruction how to reach what we here looking for in Leuven, including guidance where to eat, etc. She was very kind with us and appreciate her assistance and support.
