A localização é ótima e acessivel, já o local é organizado e limpo, dentro do esperado. Equipe bem atenciosa e gentil, principalmente o Sr. Silveira da recepção que nos fez indicações para explorar o turismo e gastronomia da região. Café da manhã saboroso e com muitas variedades, somente o restaurante poderia ser maior. Piscina e o vestiários organizados.

Distruibuição das mesas no restaurante poderia ser melhor, como o restaurante é pequeno em horários de maior fluxo pode não haver disponibilidade. Uma sugestão para quem preferir, seria a possibilidade de disponibilizar utensilios de cozinha (esponja, detergente..) ao invés de providenciar somente troca das louças.

Bem localizado, próximo ao Brasília shopping

Torneiras do chuveiro com defeito, solicitada manutenção e ficou igual. Muitos besourinhos pelo quarto e no banheiro. Achei uma baratinha na área do café da manhã e mostrei a um garçon que tirou foto. Tomada para celular ficava quase embaixo da cama e uma do painel estava totalmente solta. Resumindo: manutenção urgente e dedetização.

Otima localizacao para quem vai para eventos no Estádio Mané Garrincha. Fizemos o trajeto a pé e pararamos para lanchar no Shoping que é bem perto. O hotel tem estacionamento e o restaurante 24h.

The staff were very kind and supportive. We had some issues in the first day due to a mismatch between booking.com and the hotel system, so we were placed in a wrong room. Nevertheless, the manager promptly moved us to an appropriate room - after showing several rooms that would fit our reservation category. In addition, the food was great and the restaurant staff were super gentile with us. The food variety was good, with some basic food in the standard menu and others varying every day, such as cakes and sweets. The room had a big fridge, which helped us stocking water bottles and other things.

The room was quite dusty, so our slippers would always get dirty. This would become very awful whenever entering the bathroom, as the floor would get a little muddy. Still about the bathroom, it was smelling very bad, and I am not sure whether this was because the water drain besides the toilet was always open. In addition, the tiles in the bathroom were quite moldy, showing some lack of cleaning. The room had a humidifier, which is crucial in such a dry place as Brasilia. Nevertheless, when I went to refill the water tank, I noticed it was very dirty to the point of being disgusting. Even though I tried cleaning it, most of the dirt could not be removed, so I stopped using it. Finally, the most important, be careful with the price shown in your booking. I had to pay almost 200 euros more due to whatever fees they had there, so I will make a complain with booking.com.
