The building smells like gas and the hosts are completely non-responsive. The proximity to the lifts is great, but this was not enough to keep us there for the whole time we booked. Would not recommend.

When I booked i expected to have the room like in the pictures, but then I read that it would be different, for 3 people it was way too small and sort of poor, lets put it like that, but the point is, that it would be good if owner show photos of real rooms in advance, so you could make a right choice.

Great location for skiing! I was surprised (on a plus) that we can park for free at the gondola parking.

In the apartment: - the bidet didn't work - it was supposed to be equipped with the apartment (something I pay attention to), but it didn't matter because there was a note on it to not use it - there were no normal lights - there were little lights everywhere that had to be turned on one at a time. It would seem normal that you walk into a room and you can turn on the light with a switch next to the door, right? Not here. You had to walk in the dark in some places. - there was no washcloth or washing-up liquid - there is a kitchen, but you have to equip it with basic cleaning products yourself - it was very crowded in the apartment - the photos don't show it, but they tried to fit too much furniture into such a small space - the kitchen needs renovation - you can see that the worktop and cabinets are already falling apart and they are made veeeery cheaply - there was only one rubbish bin - there is segregation outside, so you have to organize containers for the separation of garbage in the apartment yourself - there was no "do not disturb" tag - we were with the dog, so we didn't want anyone to come to clean, so as not to cause problems. However, we had no way of communicating. Eventually, we made our own notice on the door.

Location was good, close to nearby bars, restaurants and lifts. More beds than stated which gave more space.

Keys were collected from a nearby hotel reception but this was not clear from instructions/property address, only discovered after walking around property for a while. Apartment heating was set far to high (but was ok with windows open). Garage key/lock was difficult to open and did not have the correct key to drop a barrier on the space (luckily able to fit along side and squeeze out of door)

Apartment had just what we needed, and I am a repeater, so had all what I expected. Kitchen, small living, dining table and one room with 2 beds. This time the apartment was just next to the hotel Montarto, where you pickup keys. But the hotel manages 83 apartments in the complex, so it depends each time. This time I had a covered basement parking, but again, this depends on each time.

I already knew, and was written, so no surprise, but there is no WIFI in the apartments here. Rent and bring your own mobile WIFI with you. There is one laundry place in Baquiera, but it is occupied by professional cleaners during the day. You have to go just when it opens, or after 17pm, to find any cleaning machines. So just be aware of that.(There is no laundry in the apartment)

it was very basic, didn’t even have shower gel, dated, too hot, noisy neighbours upstairs, no wifi, not ski to door as advertised…: the list goes on really.

The toilet was cracked, therefore, not hygienic. The floor has a large stain. The fridge was old and very loud, we had to turn it off at night. There was no duvet for the sofa bed. For the price, we were disappointed that this apartment was tired and in need of renovation.

Convenient location close to town center. Room had all you need for ski apartment and beds were fine, dining facility fine.

Not much. No wifi, but written in Booking.com so no surprise. Just be prepared that the photo on booking is not always what you get. It can be from another room in the same complex.

The location is awesome, the staff is super friendly and all of the surroundings are really taken care off, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The room was very clean but could have been in a better state. It was a bit worn out, some of the hardwood tiles were coming up and out of their place as you walked on them.
