Just wow - this is an incredible place with exceptional views. I stayed in the cave apartment, which was simply wonderful. Amazingly friendly people and great service. Absolutely perfect. The location is great too - very close (short walk) to the busy Oia, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

My boyfriend & I stayed in Olympic Villas for a week in July. From the moment we stepped inside the doors of the property we were met and cared for so warmly by the owner and her lovely daughter. The family could not have been more obliging from allowing us to hold our luggage on the last day until our transfer & also allowing us use the facilities until we were picked up as we visited during extremely warm weather. Nothing was an issue and they always stopped to chat and to answer any questions you may have. The cleaning staff welcomed you each morning should you meet them with a smile on their face and Olympic Villas became such a homely hub for the week. It is thee perfect location if you do intent to visit Oia as you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the town and also have the most beautiful view of the Caldera daily. Other properties are harder to access and we witnessed so many couples attempting to haul their heavy luggage through the busy streets. We thanked our lucky stars that our accommodation was so accessible yet so central. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

I loved everything about the property.

Olympic Villas is the perfect location to explore Santorini. Breathtaking view. Having been to Oia before, the view, the pool, and the calmness of this hotel are second to none.. a very special place. Relaxing by the pool, then a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and everything Oia has to offer, couldn't have been any better. We have travelled all over the world. Olympic Villas is a place in our hearts. You must visit.

Basic room, very small bathroom, but clean. And worked well.

I loved my stay here! The room itself was alright, and unfortunately I didn’t sleep very well and ended up with a stiff neck in the morning BUUUTTTT all of that did not matter because the view of the ocean and Oia from this hotel (view from the second pool upstairs) is AMAZING!! Plus the bus stop is actually 1 minute away (probably less), it’s such a short walk - probably 10 meters from the hotel which is super convenient when you are exploring the rest of the Island if you don’t have a car. The staff was also very nice - Christina was at the front desk and even though I came before checkin, she allowed me to shower and change so I could go to the beach before checking in!

The bed and wasn’t the most comfortable, it wasn’t bad but it could have been more comfortable.

Walking distance to central Oia and could watch the sunset from the Villas. There is a supermarket across the road, a bus stop just outside and restaurants around

Excellent hotel. The room we got included a kitchen and a separate bedroom. Very nice and fully furnished. They cleaned and replaced the sheets daily except Sunday. Everything inside and outside was very well maintained. Beautiful scenery from the pool area. You can see the Oia downtown from a distance along with the Caldera. If you rent a car, it’s a short walk to the parking and convenient. Would come back.

Internet was not reliable. Not sure if it was property or Oia in general.

I read so many good reviews about the owner but I didn’t have that same experience:( I accidentally booked two people and not three .She was very upset with us where I didn’t think I would get a room that I had paid for that had three beds . This was my 4th hotel on our Greece trip and I just didn’t book correctly on this one as I had booked so many hotels and looked for days to make a perfect trip for my family., so on me. She took offense and acted like I did it on purpose when I apologized first thing and offered to pay the difference ! Sad as it soured my stay there but a lovely place.

The villa looked better than in the pictures. It was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was stunning but the location was even better. The villas were in a beautiful part of the town, not as busy as the heart of Oia with all the shops and restaurants, but in a very close proximity to it. There was a mountain just a few minutes away perfect for watching the sunset. There was a convenience store across the street, a place to arrange a ride back to the airport, a restaurant, and an excellent tour agency Spiridakos. The owners of the hotel Kristina and Maria were helpful and friendly. They made recommendations for places to visit and helped with arranging our tour. Would stay there again if we ever came back.

The mattress was a little hard but it wasn't a big deal.

The location, the staff, the installations, the apartment, the pools, everything was very good.

Location was good. Excellent view from porch. Close to scenic walks and restaurants and food markets. Price was good for a 2-bedroom unit.

No bell hop service. Had to pay $20 to have suitcases delivered to room. No breakfast included with the room.

Quiet location just as you come in to Oia. Beautiful poolside views of the Caldera, and property is located near the walking path from Oia to Fira. Olympic Villas is extremely clean, with simple comfortable accommodation. We really appreciated having a kitchenette. We experienced great customer service from this family run business. Definitely would return to this location!!

The hotel is really great, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, the pool area was very nice with an amazing view. Also it has a great location, it is only 10 minutes walking from Santorini central area.

The shower was not very good, but had hot water
