It's the second time I stop by in Otra Elpa but again it has been a positive surprise. The host is a very nice and polite young woman who arrived immediately to show me the room as I arrived. Room was very good with window to the inner courtyard where I parked my car safely. Very comfortable in term of temperature: you can regulate the radiator and you can use the comfortable opening window to get fresh air according to your desire. Bathroom was clean. Thank you again for the nice staying. Great value for money and I am sure I will be back in case I need to be in Valka and Valga next year.

It would be great to have a double set of towels (4 pcs instead of 2). I honestly did not have the idea to ask for it because I had some errands to be done and then I was too tired. I am sure they would give me 2 additional pcs without problems :)

Very good and fast WiFi, friendly host, flexible Check In and Check Out. Very close to bus station. Spacious and clean room.

A bit noisy surroundings with music and talking late in the evening. The cabin of the shower could not be closed perfectly so that it was not possible to avoid water on the floor.
