Very nice and spacious VRBO

Unfortunately I came down w/ Covid a week before my family’s stay in Florence. They (all 9 of them) went and enjoyed every minute. Despite considerable issues communicating using the VRBO app, our hosts were very attentive & accommodating.

AC worked very well and and that was important given the heat in Florence. Excellent support from our host. Plentu of room for our family of seven.

When we arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the apartment was. The location is an easy walk to the center and the apartment had every amenity you could need. We very much appreciated the air conditioning in one of the hottest times of the year. Thank you for making the end of our vacation tremendous!

Very nice apartment. The property manager was very helpful and we had a complimentary cleaning during the week. The only disappointment was that the TV was not connected to an antenna or cable so we were unable to watch anything. While it is walkable to the museums etc. our family learned how to use the bus system since it was extremely hot. We had ten of us and found it to be very comfortable. A good time!

This flat is stunning and the pictures don't do it justice. We were a group of 7 who had lots of privacy as well as communal space. Deanna was readily available and helped us with any questions. It is about a 20 minute walk from the centre which was perfect. Thanks for your awesomeness Deanna!

The place is beautiful decorated, spacious, clean and modern. The location is about 20 min to the main central station and about 10 min to a Campo di Marte train station. Around the place there are a few nice and quiet restaurants as well as a market and pharmacy. Check in was easy, Deanna was accommodating and meet us at the house to show us around. I would definitely go back to this beautiful home !

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a large apartment with lots of room. We had 7 people in our party and had plenty of space. Check in was easy and Deana was friendly. The air conditioners in the back bedrooms didn’t work all that great but it was ok. We told them when we left so maybe they will get them checked out. We never could get the tv to work either but didn’t have a ton of extra time anyway. Overall it was a good experience!

Beautiful home close to city center. The home is very large and we had 9 people and we were comfortable. Large living room a big plus.

This apartment was even better than the photos, description and reviews promised. We were a three generation family (two grandparents, one adult couple, two grandchildren ages 21 and 18). We stayed in four of the five bedrooms, appreciated having three bathrooms, and used both the kitchen and the washing machine. The living room and sitting room area was wonderful for us all to gather to decompress after busy days exploring. The property is about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo and then further again to Uffizi gallery. But the surrounding neighbourhoods are beautiful and we enjoyed taking different routes to and from the historic centre. Deanna the property manager was wonderful. She gave us some ideas for restaurants near the property and also a recommendation for a great restaurant in the historic centre. She also helped us arrange for taxis on the morning we checked out. There was a shortage of available taxis that morning so she had to call repeatedly-we were very grateful that she was able to get us taxis in time to make our train reservations. We would definitely stay here again.

Large, spacious apartment - more than enough room for 5 adults. Located 20 -30 minute walk from city center. Busy (traffic) area, but apartment was quiet. Wi-Fi only available in lounge/dining area. Was a great base for our three days in Florence.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had plenty of space and amenities. The location was excellent the Owner as well as the Manager were both very pleasant to deal with and helpful. Made for a great vacation in Italy

Very clean & spacious property. There were 7 adults in our party and it was very comfortable for all of us. Deanna was very helpful and provided assistance to us which was above and beyond what she needed to do. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with 9 people (4 adults and 5 kiddos). It was a great location, outside of city center, close to a cute cafe and walking distance to the grocery store. With that many kids, we didn’t want much into town, but taxis were readily available and quick to town. The apartment was large enough that everyone had space to roam and play and not be on top of each other. The morning light through the windows was incredible and listening to the hustle of the morning traffic was fun from the balcony! Definitely recommend staying here ♥️

LOVED this apartment - so spacious and in a great location. The apartment is light, airy and well-equipped. Communication was easy and responsive - and check in and check out was smooth. Will absolutely stay here again in Florence!

I have to say that this was beyond our expectations. The pictures do not give this property justice. We had a party of 9 and was more than plenty room. We truly enjoyed this property. Deanna (manager) even helped arranged transportation for us to the airport. I highly rate this property and will definitely will book this again if we go back to Florence!

Everything was clear, place was clean and very spacious and worked well for us.

We stayed as nine adults in this wonderfully large, modern apartment about a 20 minute walk from center of Florence We found having only 2 sets of keys problematic for multiple couples and if you are more than 8 adults- we had to use the trundle bed which did not have a comfortable mattress Otherwise a great stay!

Wonderful place and location. Spacious, clean, we stayed a week there and everything excellent as shown.

Situated in the outer parts of Florence, this was a very modern and incredibly spacious apartment. Plenty of closet space and fully functioning AC (especially needed in the August month). Very comfortable for a family of six and could have easily accommodated 2 - 3 more. Only draw back is the Wifi only working in the living area only. Although there is a washer, there is no dryer, but that was not a big deal since there were plenty of places to hang clothes to dry (even an outside clothesline). Enjoyed this apartment and would come back again.

This was a great space for us, our three adult children and their future spouses/friends (total of 8 people). I had a few questions before our stay and the owner was very quick to respond. It was very clean with lots of natural light and a small elevator that was especially helpful when arriving and departing with luggage. There was a lot of living space which gave everyone room to spread out when we were at the apt. The kitchen was not huge but perfectly fine for us as we were eating out for most meals and just needed a space for drinks, snacks and breakfast foods. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with black out shades that allowed for sleeping late. They were located on hallways away from the living area which meant the bedrooms were fairly quiet. The bathrooms were not en-suite but that wasn’t an issue for us. The bedroom with the bunk beds is on a separate hallway from the other bedrooms and has a bathroom next to it. The other 4 bedrooms are on the same hall with the 2 remaining baths (one with shower, one with tub). The only minor issue we had was the WiFi not reaching the bedrooms but the WiFi was very strong and reliable in the living areas so this wasn’t really a problem. We had a great family vacation there during our time in Florence and wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much for everything!!

This property was breathtaking upon arrival. The photos don't do it justice. It was much larger than we expected and perfectly appointed. The check-in was easy as Deanna, the property manager was easily accessible by whatsapp, and was waiting for us upon our arrival to help with orientation and any questions we had. The air conditioning was a welcome treat since the heat was oppressive during our visit. There was cold water, wine, coffee waiting for us. The food market was only a few blocks away and a bar/cafe around the corner with delicious breakfast treats was perfect. It was a bit of a walk to the city center (actually only 20 minutes, but with the heat it felt longer), so it made popping back to our room for a respite a bit more difficult. But we managed, and we were always grateful afterwards since we'd vary our routes and see something new on our walks each time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The home is huge and our family of nine had plenty. of room to spread out. The a/c worked great and the home was full of everything you might need. It was really great to have a washing machine in the apartment since we were on a 15 day trip. The only partial negative was that the wifi only really worked in the family room and for my kids, that was a negative but for me it was great because everyone gathered in that room at the end of the day when they wanted to be on their phones. :)

I would highly recommend this property. The host met us at the apartment and was very warm, welcoming and kind. The apartment is VERY large with the bedrooms in one wing and the living spaces in another wing - great for families who need quiet time. The house is immaculate and newly renovated.

Clean, complete with all you need, air conditioning worked well to cool everyone down on a hot day, we had a few! Sites are walkable from here and there are a few neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Great stay for party of 10!

This apartment was above expectations! Spacious, walking distance to (restaurants, parks, cafés, and supermarket. Highly recommend!

This apartment is HUGE. The bedrooms all have motorized blackout windows that are wonderful. Everyone in our group loved the mattresses. Could not figure out how to lower the water temp in the washer below 40C but I’m sure that was operator error. Plenty of everything. Kitchen well stocked. Pics don’t do justice. Elevator works well. Great location. Carefour market just few blocks away. Pizzaeria around the corner is really great. Close to a dog park. Just a fabulous place. Loved it. Deanna was awesome. Rent this. You won’t be sorry.

Awesome stay. The apartment is cozy and roomy. It was perfect for our multi- generation family. Space to be together and quiet space to get away. Deanna is a terrific host and she saved the day finding transportation for our family to the train station during a taxi strike. Thank you for helping create a special experience.

Our visit to Firenze was better than we thought the best could be. Francesca’s home offered u5s a home base for exploring and We were a family group of six ranging from 5 years to 85 Each of us found our needs met beyond My expectations.
