Cafe was overrated...food was okay for foreigners but not Indians especially south Indians...

this place really has Good Vibes! The location is very near from Taj Mahal you can go by walk or take a tuk tuk if you are lazy like me hahahaa. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, the food was good also and the prices not so expensive also the cafe is clean and well maintained and in my particular case I got sick as soon as I arrive so they arrange my way to hospital and pay attention to me after. I needed a special diet and the cook in the cafe allowed me to go and explain and supervise how to prepare my food with no problem, they were very respectful and caring. As a foreigner you can feel respected and safe here. Is a great place to stay!

Basically everything. Room really small, quite dirt, no hot water in 2 days. The food from upstairs was the worst we ever had.

we arrived to the hostel and they didn’t have the dorm beds which we had booked. they upgraded our room to private rooms with a dorm price. was very nice service. hostel location is very good and cafe upstairs is nice😊

The rooms are extremely old, the bathrooms need an in depth clean and the drains smelt so bad it overpowered the bedroom. The wifi doesn’t work in the room, barely works upstairs and the noise from people in the lobby feels like they’re in the room with you

We really liked our stay here even though we only stayed for one night and one day. The guesthouse is in a good location, close to Taj Mahal and offers a nice rooftop restaurant with good food. The room and attached bathroom are clean and the bed is comfortable. But the best part is the outstanding hospitality of the staff! We arrived very early in the morning and were welcomed with hot chai as it was a very cold night. We were also given a room right away so we didn't have to wait until official check-in time. Everyone working here is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We absolutely recommend this guesthouse in Agra!

The staff is super friendly and helpful, they also helped me book a train ticket. The food is very good and the rooftop very nice. I had a private room and it was very clean and comfortable.

Bedsheet was clean and blankets and linen were clean. Bed was cozy and confortable to sleep.
No early check in, voice of ppl talking outside room enters room (especially foreigners they talk too loudly in the lobby ), no towel provided, geyser working but only mild warm water ( so no hot water ), washroom basin drainage pipe leaking ( when we wash our face in basin all water from drainage pipe coming out of it and entering washroom ).

The customer service level of the owner is superb! The room is comfy and good value for the money. The location is just perfect for the places for tourism. It's a cosy place and the restaurant's food are good and affordable. Highly recommended!
