Location of the hotel is really good. Good to have the facility of a short breakfast, though really basic but good option.
The rooms are very small and cramped. The 4 ppl family room has 1 bunk bed and 1 queen bed, with no space to walk around in the room. The bathrooms wont fit a big sized person.

Check in was a breeze! Our room was in a building with a shared common area where we met and visited with other travelers. The room was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Don't miss Dolly, the little coffee shop out front, for coffee and fresh bakery items in the morning, especially the sausage rolls!

location was good and nice to have breakfast included as there are not many options to get breakfast elsewhere
the price was a bit high considering our previous 3 night stays were around $130-$150 and offering the same. also the fridge was not on when we arrived at our room so that was disappointing

Continental breakfast was very convenient.
Noel was very friendly and helpful, Mountain View advised me immediately about incorrect info regarding accommodation costs shown on the booking website (Booking.com, not Mountain View's own website). This was very helpful and much appreciated.
Harrietville is a beautiful town, with Bright, Mount Beauty, Wandiligong, Mount Hotham and other tourist towns nearby, there are plenty of options for food, entertainment and excellent views.
Room was smaller than I'd expected, however I must admit I had misinterpreted photos during my booking- plus I'd brought a lot of stuff!

Cosy and comfortable room. Great for using as a base to explore and see all the wonderful things in the area. Free Continental Breakfast was a bonus.
No in room facilities like coffee making equipment but it was all available in the common area.

The position and peacefulness were wonderful. The obstacle course was heaps of fun and the creek was so refreshing.

The location was good.
The room were too small, congested as looks like budget accommodation. Specially the attached toilet/bath was maximum 80cm wide and the tiniest possible washing sink was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid for. Also the shower curtain was stinky and unclean.

The location of the motel is a gem hidden amidst the green Alpine region. With natural crystal-clear waterways, well-established trails and overall breathtaking landscapes around our stay, it made for a well needed escape.
Although the weather could have held up whilst our stay, the motel could have been kept topped up of fresh essentials on a regular basis.
A small recycle bin was provided which didn’t get emptied throughout the stay.

The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is also good and fully stocked. The location is perfect and very quite.
Unfortunately it all stopped there. The room is very small and the bathroom is extremely small. The carpet is dirty and old, no aircon just a little fan for a room with 4 people in. The fridge sat on top of small cabinet make it unsafe and unstable. The bathroom window has no fly screen so if full of dead insect in the morning because we had to keep the light on, the only way to keep the exhaust fan on all night to dry the bathroom. Only one set of sitting area outdoor and the playground are not very well maintain. We also can't access the game room due to covid.
