The home was very clean and accommodating. The host was welcoming and communication was excellent. Chaz is a great host and takes care of his guests quite well! 5 star rating! Hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

My family and I loved our stay here. The host had excellent communication and was very accommodating. He was very quick to respond to anything we needed. I thought the batteries in one of the TV remotes died (I was wrong) and the host brought new batteries to the front door within 30 minutes. The unit is very clean, you can smell the cleanliness right when you walk in. The location is in a gated community with plenty of parking and access to leave and re-enter is very easy. It’s about 7-10 min from the strip and very convenient. There is a Starbucks and 7-eleven on the corner for any last minute needs. The home decor is beautiful and adds to the comfort of a home. The beds were very comfortable and lastly, the home has really good temperature. We visited Vegas during high temps and the home stayed cool with a good functioning A/C. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming and very clean condo in a gated area with easy access to the street. Pretty well stocked with all that we needed. The master shower has excellent water pressure and temperature. The communication with the owner is exceptional... Chaz makes it clear that he and staff are available should we need them!

This place was ideal for us and our two dogs. It was a very quiet neighborhood and close to the James regional sports park and the strip. The steam shower was great, although the grout does look like it’s due for a scrub. The condo was very spacious. Google did lie to us on where to enter the property, so that was a little confusing at first.

The property is beautifully done within, and you’ll find everything you need on hand. The main bedroom with bath is very well done - the shower/steamroom was almost vacation time just in itself. Glorious. Our host very responsive. We didn’t have a bit of trouble, but exchanged some incidental information and he was literally moments away in his response. The property feels safe and secure, yet convenience and grocery stores, and tons of eating establishments are moments away. Beautiful place, excellent value, wonderful hosts!!

Highly recommend to stay at over any hotel. Spacious unit and absolutely beautiful.

Chaz was an ok host. Communication could have been a little better regarding the check in process prior to our arrival. I had to reach out to him regarding this as I didn't know what to expect. But once I did he was very thorough and informative. Cleanliness could have been better. The guest prior to us must have had a dog, because there was white dog hair everywhere! Not good when you have an all black dress code for dinner party. Plant unstable in pot in dinning room fell over on husband. Thankfully it was not heavy. informative.

We came to Vegas for my girls cheer competition and this place was perfect for my family. It was nice, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner communicated very well and responded immediately to any questions we had. We also felt safe as it was a gated property. I would definitely recommend staying here.
