The apartment was great, and the area was nice and quiet with a good restaurant right beside it and nice beach within walking distance. The owners Antonia and Toni were very welcoming and helpful, and the apartments were clean and spacious. The views were really nice and the pool area was our favourite part of the apartment! We look forward to returning!

The apartment was great-the sea view was amazing! It has all the facilities and comfort needed for 4 people with plenty of space. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help without being intrusive. I highly recommend this property!

We loved the warm, kind & funny hosts - Toni & Antonia + family. We’d highly recommend staying here with family, friends or just a couple. We had a one year old with us who was treated like a Princess! The pool, views, spacious apartments are beautiful, well equipped for self catering and in a good location for a stroll to a rocky beach, the town of Stobrec and pizza margarita restaurant! 15 min taxi/drive to split, 20 to airport! We will miss them and cannot wait to visit again!

The photos on booking.com were definitely deceiving. It was not nearly as nice as the photos. Disappointing. Old sheets. Lots of mismatch as opposed to what you see on the booking.com site. Random very old kitchen items and used/dirty sponges made it seem very unclean. Kitchen sink had a strange attachment held together by a zip tie. Towels were old and very used. Lots of random opened toiletries. Arrival was also a bit unwelcoming, we waited outside with bags and small children for a while, not knowing if we were in the correct place, despite multiple messages and calls prior to our arrival. Location was off a very tight and dusty road. Would not call it a “sea view” as stated on Booking.com. We were unfortunately very disappointed. Would not recommend.

It was very nice stay! I really enjoyed with the atmosphere and the view that I had from the apartment terrace. The place is very calm and peacefull. Another one plus of my stay in the apartment was the fact that the touristic season is not too high due to the Covid situation, so all the week I had no neighbors in the apartment and around the swimming pull except of the kind and very friendly family of Toni and Antonia! Thank you a lot of your care, attention, tips and recommendations! Hope to see you again if I am back to Croatia, hopefully with a right person next time! Kisses!

Very friendly and helpful owners. The appartments are located in a quiet place, just ten minutes walking to a promenade next to the sea with good restaurants and pubs. The appartments are also ten minutes away by car to Split center.

Nothing it was great

The flat, courtyard and pool are truly amazing! I can’t really call it a villa. It’s a house with 5 flats + flat of the owners. The area outside the house is very large and beautiful. With lovely plants, olive trees, grapes, ect. The flat has stunning view of the mountains and sea. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed except one.

Washing machine is missing and available only at the flat of the owners for extra €10/wash. Which I think is really uncomfortable and a bit pricy. Would not stay there again, as we felt very uncomfortable with the fact that the eyes of the owners were always on us. Don’t jump in pool, don’t overcrowd with floating things, don’t drink coffee near the pool or garden, ect. We were forbidden to invite friends for even 20min... as per COVID-19, which had absolutely no sense as we had other neighbours and it’s not like we couldn’t not get in contact with them. It’s just... very upsetting, unreasonable. We were told our booking will be cancelled as soon as our friends would step in. For the money we paid we expected different welcoming.
