nothing was good as before, toilet very dirty and the furniture about to demolish. ☹️ but the stafff !!! thats amazing thing about this hotel. staff were very helpful, fast efficient and very friendly. before covid, this hotel is the most hotel i prefer to go. it was clean, smells good, fresh and comfortable. the bed was really good and the view the great. but not nowadays.. i wish it was good as before. earn the renovation fees and reno back .

Hairdryer already spoilt but still continue let guest to use, spoilt shower head holder which could be easier drop off and hit kid head. Inner side of Kettle is brown in colour I suppose it’s rusty.

Location was great. Nearby place of interest and right opposite Dataran Megamall.

Convenient location. Room was quite clean. There were only 2 hangers. Not enough for us. Bathroom towel rail was at one end and shower room was at the other...could make it more convenient if the towel rail was near the shower glass door. Should have more lighting...room was dim.

The area of the 3rd bed in the family room has no aircon. The only power point for phone charging was located at the table where the kettle is. Could not find any other power point at the bedside tables of the king-size bed....resulting in inconvenience for 3 of us who needed to charge our phones. The complimentary kueh served at teatime were horrible. One item could be made hot but 2 service staff just sat there and told us they do for breakfast only!! They were busy talking away!!

Location is a bonus. Except for grouting along the washbasin in the bathroom, room is clean.

Front desk staff were not helpful. When told requested for high floor, answers was "That's the highest." - we were confronted with room facing front wall of Dataran Pahlawan. When told I was already charged for Tourism fee (as itemised in Booking Confirmation, including Heritage charge), answer was "You have to pay". When enquired about Food & Drink credit of 20MYR per adult per day, answer was "You booked blah blah etc" & with hesitation, handed a photocopied 10 - 20% of F&B which were of no use to us.

Staff not friendly, food not nice, room very hot you see the curtain picture . Request another towel staff asking a lot of question and didn’t get extra towel.

The concierge staff at the door, Hossian is friendly, attentive and helpful. He makes our stay at the hotel pleasant. Location of the hotel is a plus point.

The hotel is old and need upgrading. TV and safes are not working properly even after calling the staff several times to check. Wifi connection is also not good
