Lovely Stay at the beautiful cave hotel!

Outstanding hotel, every detail of the hotel had been designed with a lot of love and an eye for art including a world class Spa.. The staff is very friendly and super helpful - they helped to organize our trip in advance.

We loved everything. The hotel location was absolutely perfect for us - it is just a few minutes from Göreme ( easy and inexpensive to go there by taxi ) Göreme is location wise way more busy, especially in the evening but also much louder and dustier air.

Very traditional feel, felt like an authentic cave hotel, lovely swimming pool as well!

A little more variety at breakfast would be good, but this was just a minor point!

There are No air-conditioned rooms, the temperature was high during the day time, the cave rooms were warm and hot. The temperature outside in the common areas were much cooler that the rooms. Overpriced. The staff during our check-in was rude, when we asked him for a solution to our problems with the room, he disappeared And never returned. The restaurant manager did not allow us to use most of the terrace space in the hotel, for every petty thing we had to complain. Last but not the least, booking.com mentioned during my booking that I will be charged during my stay in the hotel however just after I made a reservation, the hotel pulled the entire charge from my credit card. I was anyway going to stay so I ignored, but when I asked about this to the hotel upon my arrival they were very rude in answering to the question as well. So beware before you book. Also, It's a open toilet with no door or privacy

The location and the staff at the restaurant are great. Excelent breakfast. At night, the lights make you feel like you are in a turkish fairy tale. We were lucky to receive a room with very good view, there are not all the same. There are terraces all over the place, with relaxation areas. The location is so different from a regular hotel, it is like an old town center with room access directly from the street.

The water in the pool was freezing. The room was small and not the one we saw in the pictures when we made the booking, but we had all the facilities needed.

The Location is good, quiet and nice rooms, the pool is also nice.

The person from the reception is great and helpful, the waiters don't really speak English and not very attentive. forgotten orders and that's not possible was common.

Elika Hotel Rooms were amazing really like living in a cave but very modern. We had a pool in our room so that was special. Management went out of their way to make sandwiches for us as we arrived very late and we were a group of 28. Also we left very early and again gave us food for the road.

Cappodocia was hot and the rooms had no aircon.

As it is located not in the main regional village you can enjoy noiseless evenings. Nice pool. Very tasty restaurant for breakfast and dinners

The place has amazing view. Location is calm and Romantic. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Food at the restaurant is delicoius.

it was special. unique. an Aladdin’s cave. well looked after. good team there. checked on us & very helpful.

maybe because of covid times. but would prefer a choice for breakfast. it was a set breakfast. too much food and my vegetarian daughter didn’t want half of it. therefore a lot of waste. the area around the hotel was a bit rundown and not much to do. but the hotel itself was beautifully laid out. only downside just couldn’t seem to connect with the restaurant manager,found him quite hostile. but the rest of the staff were great.

we were offered room 602 with no air conditioning with direct sunlight our temperature room was 32°and that was unacceptable they offered us a portable ac that barely worked if we're a couple on a budget it doesn't mean you can give such room noting that we payed around 70€ per night and to make it even worst all the facilities such as the jacuzzi were available for available fees

Clean, beautiful...very helpful staff...very tasty food at their restaurant...feels like out of the place
