CheckIn ging auch nach 3 pm nicht - entsprechende Mail kam sehr spät. Geschirr war dreckig. Abfluss am Waschbecken im Bad funktionierte nur zögerlich.

Loved staying here! The vibes were phenomenal! Loved the privacy and all the amenities! The staff were very helpful and quick to assist in anything we needed. The rooms were super clean. We loved the front and back porch. The pool was super nice as well. Felt like we were at a very high end resort. Super affordable will definitely be back! The location is perfect if your visiting Palm Springs too as it’s in the heart of downtown! We didn’t have to drive more than 10 mins for everything we wanted to do.

I do wish the pool was cold. It was warm day and night

The rooms are very nice with velvet like curtains and marble like floors and showers. The outside has a very nice pool and hot tub. Flowers and grounds are well taken care of.

They only thing I could say is that our room had some very minor maintenance items like a faucet slightly loose and a light fixture slightly loose. These were very minor.

It’s was really beautiful and the location was excellent for the activities we were going to do that weekend. Very quiet. Easy check in. Loved the rooms and the pool.

I didn’t find anything I didn’t like. It was great.

Extremely quite. Basically had the place to ourselves. I liked that we didn't need room keys because all the doors had coded pads. The pool is open 24 hours.

There is no front desk and that was confusing getting in. I didn't receive any email instructions to get in. We waited for 30 minutes in the heat until we were let in.

The pool was dirty, warm water, my door was not locking, I told the person in charge and told me I needed to put the code after the fact and it still was not locking and refused to move me even though there was a lot more rooms available, the bed was supposed to be a king and what they did was put two twin size beds together with a foam piece to join them, I had a bad night sleep keep following to the middle!!, so I had to book another room and left

Really enjoyed how quiet this location is and loved that our room had a kitchen and full fridge! The ice machine outside by the pool is a great bonus. Staff on site was helpful.

The room was surface level clean but didn’t feel “clean”. The floors were dusty and when we misplaced our keys and looked under the bed, there were crumbs and old fries under there. 2 of our friends in our group woke up with bug bites. Not sure if they were bed bugs or something else but super disappointed.

The location was excellent. This is an older facility that has been improved. The landscaping is lovely. We also appreciated the mini split air conditioner, which was quiet.

They have an online check in that required more technical sophistication than we old folk possessed. Fortunately, we called ahead and someone showed up to help us.

Excellent location! The room was perfect and I had such an incredible time. Very comfy beds and the atmosphere was so quiet and relaxing.

That I didn’t get to stay longer!

everything was great.. comfortable.. quiet. discreet..

the property manager was really nice, he worked very hard. You could tell whoever his management was wasn’t doing their job.

the pools where dirty, the hot tub didn’t work, there was barely hot water in the shower, the bed folded in on one side.

Room was cute and clean. Very nice pool area and the grounds were immaculate. Location was good also.

My only disappointment was that the shower was tiny. Good thing it had one of those removable, hand-held shower heads…otherwise there was not enough room to stand under it to get wet.
