Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas le jour de notre arrivée et une fenêtre d'une chambre avait été laissée ouverte. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception le lendemain. Une intervention a eu lieu le lendemain mais sans résultat. Nous avons encore passé une 2ième nuit dans le froid (15 degrés) et la matinée du lendemain. Nous sommes repassés une deuxième fois à l'accueil le 2ième jour, une deuxième intervention a eu lieu et a réglé le problème. Nous avons eu du chauffage. Sur 5 jours, nous sommes restés 2 jour sans chauffage (il faisait entre -2 et -7° à l'extérieur) et une personne âgée sur place est tombée gravement malade et l'est toujours à ce jour (18 janvier 2024). Je signale que nous avons appelé au moins une douzaine de fois le numéro d'urgence indiqué par a réception le samedi 13 janvier au soir et personne n'a répondu. Ceci n'est vraiment pas sérieux.

Het huisje, er was veel kapot en het rook binnen naar schimmel

Prima huisje. Wel helemaal achter op het park, maar lopen naar de receptie of zwembad was wel te doen voor ons.' Ongeveer 15-20 min lopen. In de avond erg donker, dus in het begin ff oriënteren waar je bent, maar ook dat went snel.

Technisch beviel er nog wel wat te verbeteren, dimmer defect omdat er niet dimbare lampen waren geplaatst. Maar dat was niet vervelend, dit gemeld en wordt opgepakt.

In het bos, prachtige wandelingen beginnen direct buiten het park

De ene chalet was modern ingericht, schoon en fijn. De andere chalet lag in een tweede park op flinke afstand en was niet schoon met schimmel aan de muren. Het zwembad was vies met ontlasting, boterhammen, etc in het water.

De locatie was goed, wij zorgde zelf voor het ontbijt.

Wij miste spullen in de bestek la zoals een schaar. En de vaat wasser kregen wij niet aan de gang, we hebben zelf de afwas gedaan.

Die Bilder im Netz… Aber der Kamin war sehr angenehm.

Die Unterkunft entsprach bei Weitem nicht den angegebenen Beschreibungen. Die Dusche hatte einen alten abgeranzten Vorhang. Die Tür zur Toilette hing nicht richtig drin und hätte beim umkippen beinahe unseren Hund erschlagen. Das Wasser stand nach dem duschen 5 cm hoch im ganzen Bad… Uns fehlte die Bettwäsche auf dem Zimmer und Handtücher musste man an der Rezeption kaufen. Ich war auch enttäuscht von der Ansicht aus dem Bungalow heraus. Letztes Mal hatten wir ein 4er Bungalow gebucht am anderen Ende des Parks und hatten erwartet, dass die Qualität ähnlich ist. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und werden durch diese Erfahrung hier nichts mehr buchen.

Really, no much to say about good things. We spent more time in this place during our Europe trip. This is the worst place we stayed out of all the places we stayed.

They have given the place which is totally separate from their main location. You have to drive through the dark forest to get to that place. If you are a first-time traveller, then I am not recommending them at all. We were scared to drive and the details of getting to the house is not given clear and we were so lost. We booked the place mainly because they have a pool and kids can use it, but we have to drive 15 mins to get to the pool. It is really misleading and we are really frustrated. The staff is not friendly and not helpful. They are always trying to justify their side and are not even ready to listen. Linnen is provided, but they did not put them on the bed/ pillows. You need to do them by yourself. No towels were provided. I asked this from them and they said you need to purchase the towels. What a rip-off.

They should tell you no towels are in the tiny house And you need to pay (order) these We paid for linnen(bedding) 25 euro since this showed on website , thought towels incl So we arrived close to reception closing and no mention we needed towels so we had nothing !! Not very good at all Therefor would not return

complete kitchen facilities & they have vatwasser! 🙂 also the space in the garden with a perfect privacy.

sleeping pillows - too thin like almost no pillows at all. & it could also be nice if they have plastic sunbed chair in the garden.

A lot of dust, no lighter to the gas stove, cold-no heat was on

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at EuroParcs Beekbergen, and I must say it was extremely disappointing. The staff were far from friendly and their customer service left much to be desired. When we initially complained about our accommodations, we were directed to contact booking.com. After doing so, our booking was changed to a chalet, which we had stayed in before and requested specifically. We were assured by a helpful lady at booking.com that the room would be available for late check-in on the same day. However, upon reaching the reception at 10:00 AM to inquire about the availability, we were told that our booking had not been changed. Despite showing the receptionist our new confirmation and email, they insisted on waiting for the system to update. We called the reception later in the day, and they confirmed the booking change but advised us to check back later. We cut our day short, hoping to finally settle into the new unit. However, to our dismay, we were refused access to the chalet even though we had already paid for it. Their excuse was that the unit hadn't been cleaned. We reluctantly spent another night in a tiny house, hoping for a resolution. The next morning, we visited the reception at 9:00 AM to confirm the check-in time. The staff informed us that we had to wait and they would let us know when it was ready. Hours passed, and we received no communication. We had to personally approach the reception at 4:00 PM to inquire, and only then were we given the key. Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous issues with the accommodation itself. The lack of a shower door and a clogged drain caused the bathroom floor to flood, forcing us to use our own towels to dry it. As a result, we had no clean towels for the remainder of the week. The bed was also incredibly noisy, even with the slightest movement, making it difficult to sleep peaceful

The area was very nice, a lot of nature. The tiny house was cozy had excellent facilities especially the fireplace was nice. The Finnish hot tub was a nice touch. We were only 10 minutes from Apeldoorn which was good. The people that worked in the park were friendly.

the bungalow was duty, the bad clothes was used, folded, crumpled. Without new bad clothes. So we got not the best impressions. due to the fact that we left at 11:30, we paid an extra 35 euros. Don’t think it should be so

Nice quiet park in the Veluwe. Great for walking your dog.

Very boring for kids. One small playground at reception other playgrounds are very old and broken. Not very kid friendly park. Shop has hardly anything to buy! Not even dishwasher soap. We walked 500m to Landal park next door to play and eat at their nice restaurant.

Carpets in bedroom could have been a bit cleaner. Restaurant has very limited capacity for take away.
