Had the big apartment with own kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, AC was working so-so. Kitchen was equipped - but you have to be flexible, as not all things work well. At least in our apartment everything was a little run down and we were afraid to break something, as e.g. drawers were pretty hard to open (but weak at the same time). Cleanliness was acceptable. For Panamá standards the price is okayish, but compared to other countries it is way to overpriced for what you get (but this is for whole Panamá as well). The owner was a nice guy, answering questions as we had one here and there. The reception is only open from 9 a.m. onwards (until 6 p.m. I think) - so if you’re coming with one of the first boats (as we did) you’ll have to wait until you can store you’re luggage. Bear in mind that most cafes etc open at 8 a.m..

Nothing that was absolutely not acceptable - but still, there is room for improvement.

The price is fair, but the place is getting old and would need a few improvements. The AC is a great plus, works well.

The kitchen was big and functional, but the pans were not in a good state and the stove cooktop was not that strong. The shower misses a place to hang towels and the hot water is hard to get. Needs bigger curtains in the bedroom to have more privacy. there is an additional 8% fee when paying by card, but the fee seems to still apply when paying by cash

We asked for our booking to be move for one night. This was just the next morning after making the booking but we were not able to do it or offered any alternative.

Nice apartements. I have stayed in a few of them during my stay in Bocas. Nothing fancy but I prefer the apartments over a hostel dorm. Clean towels, kind staff and the location is great!

I liked that the property manager gave me an upgrade for the last 3 nights free of charge.

The micro suite that I was stuck paying for 7 nights was the size of a big closet. I think their advertisement was misleading. Also, before my stay I tried calling six times and couldn't get anybody. I ended up using the tiny room as a storage closet and booked a week in a bungalow on Carenero Isle. I implore people not to rent the micro suite. It's not worth the 15.00 per night savings. Again, if I had been able to talk to someone I would have discovered that before my visit. I wish I took pictures. The room I was upgraded to was good, but too little too late.

The staff was amazing, always there every time you need them. The room was big, well equipped kitchen, super clean bathroom with hot water in the shower.

cleaning, facilities very poor, there was a penalty cost without asking us for laundry service. clothes not cleaned properly timetable very poor, staff unavailable, we found cockroaches (alive and death) even where the cutlery was. 2 out of 6 beds were impossible to sleep in because of the mattress. we asked for the invoice and we haven’t received it yet.

The whole appartment. It was so gross. Everything was dirty, nothing seemed to be clean, the aircon worked barely and the shower had no shower head. The oven and stove fell apart and had stains from years ago. We found multiple cockroaches in the cabinets, the fridge had mold in the doors, the door in the bathroom falls apart, the curtains are stained with god knows what and the towels aren't able to make you dry. We we're lucky that we were out all day, because having to stay in this appartment for the whole day would've been so bad. Definetely not worth the price.

The property was OK.

Bad linen, bad pillows, no blanket, stained and worn up towels, no light bulb in the bathroom sink and mirror ( I asked for a light bulb and the manager didn’t even bother to get one after I extended my stay for 1 more night) dead roaches in the kitchen and when I asked the cleaning maid how much it was to get laundry done, she told me $5.00 for a small bag and the next day the manager charged me $10.00. I confirmed with the lady about the price the next day and she confirmed that it was $5.00.

The apartment was equipped with everything you’d need, from a full kitchen to towels for the bathroom. The balcony and AC were a lovely addition as well. It was a great value for money in a quieter part of downtown Bocas, only a short walk from grocery stores and bars. My friend and I always felt safe and the owner was there to help immediately whenever we needed. He and his wife were kind and friendly, and they even helped accommodate us when we requested a laundry service but needed to leave the island early the next day. Thank you for a great stay!

The hot water in the shower didn't last very long each time, but it was not necessary with the hot Bocas weather.
