Personal, sehr nett, schnell hilfsbereit, die Kücheausstatung, alles neu und gepflegt, das Schlafzimmerbett war sehr bequem, die Lage war super,

Das Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war sehr unbequem und die Ecken waren gefährlich, wir haben wegen Verletzungsgefahr die kleine Kissen darauf gelegt, Mitte war sehr Tief und seitlich hoch. Große Toilette aber eine kleine Mülleimer hat leider gefehlt, eine elektronische Staubsauger wäre auch nötig, da man nur ein Bäsen für alles hat.

Wir haben in der ersten Juniwoche in Bibione Urlaub gemacht. Unser Aufenthalt in Casa Eva kann als großartig bezeichnet werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich komplett im Erdgeschoss. Eine riesige Terrasse, auf der wir morgens und abends entspannen konnten. Auch unser Auto war vor dem Fensster geparkt. Durch die Überdachung des oberen Balkons gab es genug Schatten und auch bei heißem Wetter war es in der Wohnung kühl. Die Terrasse ist gefliest und dadurch - keine Mücken! Wir haben schon mehr als einmal in Bibione Urlaub gemacht und erinnern uns, wie wir vor allem abends auf der Loggia von diesen Insekten überfallen wurden. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage: auf der einen Seite nicht weit vom Meer, Geschäfte, Stadion; auf der anderen Seite ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Rauchen ist im Haus nicht erlaubt und das ist toll! Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Selbst das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine hat unseren Eindruck nicht getrübt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir gegen eine Gebühr ausgeliehen. Toilettenartikel für das Bad haben wir von zuhause mitgebracht. Ein großes breites Bett mit bequemen neuen Matratzen. Aufgrund des starken Verkehrs waren wir zu spät zu unserer geplanten Ankunftszeit. Eva, eine sehr freundliche und nette junge Frau, erklärte uns, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen. Ich werde dieses Haus jetzt allen meinen Freunden und Verwandten empfehlen.

good space for 3 people, simple, clean, functional apartment, parking on the premises, the heating worked well in colder weather, there was an aircon-unit in the bedroom kitchenarea gad a large fridge and dishwasher and a simple oven, the sofabed in the leaving area was comfortable too. outside space/ terrace was nice, maybe not for everyobe as it is overlooked by people passing by. the property was well kept and tidy . Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable abd safe.

bedding: provide standard single duvets according to time of year , the option to bring your own duvet covers doesnt work, ikea standard sheets/covers work best, better even if they are included in the price (as well as towels). cooking: although it was better equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, it was missing a few things to make full use of the kitchen, i. e. a chopping boards, small cereal/desert bowls, wine glasses, coasters, ovenproof dishes to for roasting/baking, a baking sheet. - provide another bin in the bathroom, more hooks/ rails to hang towels - in the bedroom a chest of drawers to store clothes in is needed or put more shelves in the wardrobe, just having hanging space is useless. - cleaning: provide better cleaning equipment (a new broom, mop, bucket, a hoover perhaps?) one doesnt want buy everything - provide instructions for the oven - a wall light, a sofa table and rug in the living room area would help to make it feel more homely.

the apartment was very big and clean. not far from the beach Eva was very nice. we have two bathrooms, two balcony.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has two full bathrooms. It is equipped with everything you need. There are enough parking spaces.
