The staff was very helpful.

We were initially placed in a room where the bathroom and shower were too small. My wife couldn’t even get through the shower door, you couldn’t even bend over in the shower. I brought the issue to the attention to staff and they corrected the situation the next day. The cleaning staff told us that they were instructed not to clean the room. We spoke with the cleaning staff and management, the issue was resolved.

Difficult to keep the shower room water tight

Neighborhood felt safe. Location was a short walk to metro, cafes, shops, and less than 3 miles walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Our room had a safe, a small fridge and a balcony, which was great.

The room was tiny and so was the shower, but we made it work.

Clean, homely

I loved the central location and the size of the room was comfortable with nice touches like a makeup mirror and a fresh jar of water daily.

Some of the furniture was a bit stained, with a good deep clean this can be easily removed.

Conveniently located in the heart of 5-eme arr. Close to metro, bus, restaurants, La Sorbonne. Friendly staff, comfortable bed.

The room was a bit cramped, carpet was slightly stained in places.

It’s my fifth time in Paris and I had never stayed so central- best hotel for the price we paid. Rooms were Parisian small but with carry on absolutely fine + had even an elevator. There was even kettle in the room as well as the guy at check in and checkout was as amazing as it gets. In addition- 24/7 coffee and water also available in the lobby

Location was quite good. Personal was very patient and polite. Transport not far a way.

Pillow was not so comfortable for me, but not critical

The room was bigger than I expected. There facilities to make tea and coffee. The shower room was bigger than expected. The decoration was good. I chose the hotel because it was walking distance to my meeting. The area is lovely with parks nearby. The bonus was I had a short walk to be by the Seine and see Notre Dame. Plenty of place to eat nearby. I would stay there again.

room was super clean with a lovely big bathroom. Like having a fridge, hot water kettle (with coffees and teas) and bed side tables with plugs and lights. Windows were great - in the bedroom and bathroom

room was super small and the ceiling sloped on one side of the room so you had to duck whenever on that side

it’s a cozy place with good connectivity to the common touristic places in paris.

the property is not extreme clean. seems like they don’t have cleanliness as a priority. don’t get me wrong, it is clean, but not the proper cleanliness that a hotel should have.

we got a free room upgrade which was very nice! the room was very pretty and so was our little balcony!

the beds were very light and separate so they moved around very easily…
