very clean hotel. Close to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Private parking. The owner are extremely friendly and helpful.

everything was perfect

We were very close to the transition of the Ironman event. Hosts were always very helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the breakfasts!!! All Covid protocols were well followed.

Perfect place for a rest. Good location if you’re going to conquer Ironman Italy – transition and start in a few steps, however it is a quiet and lone street with no crowds and noisy fans. Very clean rooms, much attention to little things. Owners love what they do, the impression is that you are home, and you’re cared by relatives. The pasta here is hundred times tastier than in any other restaurant nearby, you will eat your fingers :) Any request is satisfied, either it’s bike for a ride or a late dinner. In general, if you really want warm welcome, cleanness and home spirit, then you’ve found your place :) We are definitely staying here for Ironman Italy 2020!

A lovely warm welcome greeted us. The owners were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast gave us a good start to the day and the fresh pasta cooked there was amazing. The food and drinks were very well priced. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and great bars. There was a wonderful atmosphere.
