Absolutely stunning! We stayed in a Royal Suite villa with a private pool. The villa is stunning, the staff are wonderful, the garden is fantastic and the breakfast is just simply great with a’la carte breakfast items and some little buffet. When in Canggu, go here!

Villa was very clean, no insects. The private pool was amazing and the bed was spacious.
The shared pool was beautiful and had good vibes.
The staff was perfect. They were friendly and helpful and very polite.
At night it was quiet eventhough it is in the middle of Canggu

The villa was exactly as it was shown when we booked , a great location with the free shuttle bus to the beach.The staff were also very friendly and the breakfast cooked fresh daily.
Nothing not to like , we enjoyed a very relaxing 3 days and would definitely stay at the Theanna again.

What a wonderful stay we had! Great location about 10min away from the best two beaches in Changgu (by scooter / can be rent from the hotel). Great room with our very own pool - perfecly cleanded every day! The real jewells of this hotel is the staff team. Special thanks to the breakfast team :) We always felt welcome and taking care of. Sadly we were just there for 5 nights - next time we will stay longer!

Absolutely everything! From arriving and being greeted by the amazing staff at the gorgeous reception area. Everything about staying here was top quality. I knew it was going to be luxurious and top quality from what I'd read, which is why I booked it and chose to spend my 50th birthday there. It far exceeded my expectations - the staff were all so friendly and beautiful to deal with, so willing with gorgeous smiles and openness. The room was amazing! So spacious, everything is so well thought out, the full length mirror TV cabinet is such a great touch, the dressing area with full length mirror and work desk and the gorgeous bathroom with bath and shower overlooking the private pool - all outstanding. The nightly turn-down service is stunning - staff coming in to prepare your room for sleeping, spraying the room to keep mosquitos away, turning down the bed, wrapping up and putting away the cushions and bed end, putting the pillows down for sleep. All of it, is incredible. The vegan options at the restaurant were incredible! I ordered a floating breakfast for my birthday morning, and ordered an extra one for a friend who wasn't staying there (which wasn't a problem at all) - this was exquisite! Such a wonderful treat and an amazing thing to do for a special occasion. We went out for a few hours and when we got back I was surprised to find that there were roses put on the bed and HBD in rose petals along the end of the bed - which moved me to tears. My daughter then called me into the bathroom, there was a flower bath with HBD in petals for me. I couldn't believe it, I was so very overwhelmed and touched by this. It was so amazing and so very special. This property may seem expensive, but it isn't for the level of quality and luxury you're getting staying there, is really worth it, it feels completely and utterly luxurious and you are so well looked after there. Highly recommended to everyone and I will be back.

It has been an amazing stay. The rooms are just marvellous, everything is set up to create a confortable, romatic atmosphere. The food is amazing and the spa treatments are very good. The best thing though has been the politeness of the staff. The front desk is friendly and eager to help but everyone else make you feel welcomed. We enjoyed Puri's friendliness at the restaurant, Maria's magical hands at the spa and the expertise of chef Made who guided us through an amazing cooking class.
We haven't loved Canggu as it fels like a very touristy place, but the stay at this hotel is totally worth it even though you are not interested in planning a lot of activities in the city.

Putri and the team at Theanna were so helpful and friendly and made my stay a dream! I loved having my breakfast at the main pool every morning. The villa and main pool is so luxurious and has everything you need. Great location. Amazing staff.

All staff were friendly and were able to recognise us by our names and room number which made us felt connected. I particularly like it when they asked us when is the best time to do housekeeping and everything well taken care of. Pool was fantastic as it's accessible from the shower and I like this open concept.
I was staying at Kirana and the room was a bit run down. There was no room slippers, the hair dryer was not strong enough. The toilet door was not working well as it was a bit difficult to lock it. The water pressure could be better.

We have never ever experienced a hotel like this. The staff were so friendly, everyone greeted you from front office to cleaners to waiting staff (knowing your name), to gardeners. It was paradise for sure. They even had a full vegan breakfast menu BIG BONUS, the food was delicious, freshly made juices, amazing exotic fruit. The pool was beautiful, though we did not use it. (Our own private pool made it really hard to even go outside to explore.)
The rooms were spotless, beds were firm and very comfortable. Rooms were prepared for you at night - mosquito repellant lit outside, air-cons switched on, waters refilled, bed prepared - this was the royal treatment we did not know existed. Absolutely fantastic place. The location was great too, you walk out of paradise, smack bam into the craziness of Canggu. We did not even hear the noise of the busy streets in our room, it was so calm and tranquil. Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel also arranges transport and even has their own shuttle, great for the heat and the tired legs. 10/10

Quiet and beautiful spot amongst the busy life of Canggu. Detailed in every way. Amazing customer service, best massage I’ve ever had, delicious food and drink, large room (villa) with own pool. Just hit the mark with everything. Wish I was staying longer.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and were blown away by the experience. The staff are so kind and accommodating, special shout out to Putri! Our villa was comfortable, spacious, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel pool is a beautiful spot to have breakfast, and the spa treatments were 10/10. The villa is an easy 35 min walk to the beach, or of course super simple to jump in a taxi / get a scooter. Definitely recommend this great value for money spot in Canggu.
The villa was a little bit worn in some spots, but we new this from the accurate photos and it is super value for money, so this didn’t bother us at all

staff were so friendly and respectful I love how they ring the door every night to come spray for mosquitoes and prepare your bed for sleeping.
the location was perfect the happy cocktails were a solid 10/10 and it was super clean.

Beautiful grounds, super friendly and helpful staff, fantastic rooms and pools. On site restaurant was also great. Regular shuttle bus down to centre of Canggu/beaches - even without, only a short walk away.
No way to close off the bathroom to the outside beyond a privacy curtain - meant bathroom was never cooler than outside.

We had the most amazing stay at the Theanna Villas. We loved the Aine Villa we stayed in, the private pool and outdoor bed and shower/bath was a dream! However, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff - they constantly went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable and happy and no ask was too big!! We loved seeing Putri at breakfast each morning and loved the Indonesian BBQ dinner she organised for us - it was very special!
We loved everything, however the TV's were a little outdated and could be upgraded!

Every single staff member is so friendly and helpful, they jump at any opportunity to help. Location in Canguu is very central to good reaturaunts, cafes and shops, the only way location could improve is if it were closer to beach, but beach is still walking distance.
Water filters all around the main thoroughfare of villas is a winner for me, not having to buy so many disposable bottles is great.
Also love how staff fill 3 ~500ml cleaned glass water bottles for you morning and night unless privacy sign up.
Breakfast was good but could do with 1 or 2 more options and better coffee.
After staying here price seems steep compared to some other options. As with most hotels or villas, it's not quite as nice as the pictures, its showing its age a bit, but it is still good.
There's a small fridge near pool as expected, but for the price and convenience I really think there should be a second small fridge inside (it sucks going outside on a wet stormy night to get anything!)
Also some comfier outdoor sun beds would be nice.
Overall the stay is good just for the price compared to where I've stayed previously in Bali I thought it would be better.

Lovely hotel, the breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The villas are spacious and the staff are friendly. The daily cleaning is excellent.
The bathroom opens straight out to the pool with no door/window so bugs can come straight in. Not great if you're scared of bugs.
