Posizione ottima vicinissima al mare e al centro. Terrazzo vista mare. Appartamento accogliente.

The property was really beachfront, the equipment was kind of new. The pool was pleasant.

The main problem of the property is its managing agency. MC agency claims check- in at 10 am but this is an ULTIMATE SCAM. The keys will be given to you no earlier than at 3pm - if you are lucky. Check-in process is chaotic and the last thing you want to learn after several hours in a car with little children is that you will have to wait to get accomodated until late afternoon. Why? Because of miserable management? Laziness? The check out is at 9am and the previous visitors had to leave the apartments perfectly cleaned. What did the agency do for 6 hours? I have already tried several agencies in Bibione- I arrived in the morning and I got the keys immediately. MC agency completely ruined ozr first day with their incompetence, ignorance and arrogance. Thus, avoid any property run by this agency at any cost.

It is located very close to the beach and the city Center. The balcony was quite big and an ok view to the sea

The apartment is quite old and wear and tear is obvious. A lot of kitchen equipment is missing, the air conditioning is extremely noisy. Despite the apartment is for 6 persons there is only furniture for 4 people. Check-in is announced from 10 a.m. however access to the apartment and hotel is not possible until 5pm. hence you are on your own with no place to stay for 7 hours if you thought you check in and get access at 10. That should be much more clear in the information provided ahead of the stay and one could therefore plan better.

Nice and quiet, near sea

You have the swimming pool neare the aparthotel. The beach is 200 meters near the hotel, it is clean and includs everithing you need ad the beach ( icecream, bar at the beach, valleyball pleace for free, one beach place for free…)

We were waitng for accomodation ( keys ) for 5 hours. The aircondition was not working very well. Customer service was not responding on my calls when I need them. Airecondition was fixed after 5 days. The sheets and thowels are not included in price. We need to pay 40€ per each. We pay for a cleaing 86€.

very rusty rack - given the fact you need to hang your wet clothes often, it would be noce to have somewhere to hang them.

Collection of the key is located in the opposite part of the town, far away from the hotel. There was quite a lot of free space in the common part of the hotel - it is a pity there was not a table tennis or other equpment avaialable.

No linen provided or offered. Only happen to notice there will be none and read in other reviews they charge 16 EUR per person. There was not even a bit of toilet paper or soap. Furniture was super old and beds very uncomfortable. Blankets probably have not been cleaned in a few years.
