Location-Excellent. View is perfect. Short walk from bus station and lots of restaurants/bars/markets… Room-Very clean and great amenities. We had hot tub view of the Caldera and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect room. We arrived at the hotel at 11am. Our room was not quite ready yet but the hotel provided towels for us to use the communal pool whilst we waited and stored our luggage. We were able to check in at 1pm with our luggage already in our room. However, I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff at this hotel. They could not have been any more accommodating if they tried. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Oia

The private transfer they arranged when we arrived never showed up and the one for return flight was half an hour late. Hot tub only worked fully for half our stay but they made sure to try and fix , the WiFi doesn't work in the rooms.

We loved everything about our stay!! It was just like the pictures. We stayed in the honeymoon suite for the Santorini part of our honeymoon and were just in awe of the view. The room was huge, with a living area. Large bathroom, bedroom with desk, and a huge closet to store our massive amounts of luggage! They have wonderful staff to help bring items to and from your transportation (thank goodness, since the stairs are very steep). You choose your breakfast each morning and it is brought to your room at the time you specify. We LOVED our stay here and hope to come back someday if we’re ever in Greece again.

This property was unbelievable the location was amazing with beautiful caldera view and Oia. It was very clean and always well kept. The staff were amazing and very attentive to all our needs they truly made l us feel very welcomed and accommodated. I can’t wait to return here again.

Ducato Di Oia is beautiful! My husband and I loved our stay here during our honeymoon. We booked a superior suite with a hot tub for one night and were blown away by the beautiful room and view. Would highly recommend this place! The breakfast was delicious - the portions were smaller than we thought, so definitely don't be afraid to order a decent amount of food! We hope to come back to this wonderful property. THANKS!

It was a great experience, there was a little problem in the middle, but the staff quickly helped us solve it. Our room was lucky enough to be upgraded to a honeymoon suite which was really nice. There are also many types of breakfast, which will be delivered to the room on time.

There is no hot water, and the rain is basically cold water. The privacy is a bit poor, but many hotels in oia have this problem.

The breakfast was good, the view is just woow Special thanks to the guy in reception at night who was very welcoming and helped us a lot

The stairs proved difficult for my husband to climb.

We got the best room and view of the property. Our room was exactly the same view of their advertisement. We can’t ask for more. Our family had a fantastic stay here

There is not enough light in the room. The outlet to the hair drying is not working. I suggest to upgrade the lighting in the bathroom and provide a vanity mirror for the ladies to put on make up

got disturbed by the cleaners who stuck the key in the door to open while me and my partner were laying in bed, they didn’t knock. got disturbed by the guys filling up water to the spa bath talking extremely loudly at 8am while we were trying to sleep.

Great place for a relaxed vacation. We took the delux room with indoor pool, it was an amazing experience. Breakfast was included. Great hospitality! And for amazing caldera view, it's a must visit. We enjoyed the experience as cleanliness was taken care of. Big thumps up to the cleaning lady who comes from Georgia (we forgot her name unfortunately)

The location and view of our room are wonderful! It's like those you see in the movie. We can have our breakfast at balcony and facing the sea; and we can see the beautiful sea view and the cave houses from the bed. The staffs are very friendly, the two ladies work there, Helen, and Helena are very friendly, and willing to help! We had a great time there! Highly recommended!

The room is a little bit small.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, went above & beyond to make you feel welcomed. Accommodation was clean, tidy & in a central location. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Accommodation & staff were excellent. Only suggestion would be during winter with limited restaurant options would have been great for the hotel restaurant to be open.
