Nice big apartment, secure parking, big seating outdoors, good WiFi, within walking proximity of the city center and very friendly hosts

Good living space, plenty of storage, secure parking, owner lives above should there be any problems. Nice selection of essentials for cooking and complimentary food and drink on arrival. Short car journey for gondola to ski resort. Hypermarket next to gondola. Also nice ice cream shop, butchers, bakery and smaller supermarket nearby. Super view of mountains from apartment.

Narrow, steep road to apartment. Few more cooking utensils would be nice, also baking trays. Bit echoey from upstairs.

Nothing as was brilliant

Superb warm, well equipped apartment, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Aosta and ideally placed for accessing numerous ski resorts in the Aosta Valley. Luciana is a fantastic host bringing us home baking and advising on the best places to visit. Would definitely book again in the future.

There was nothing we didnt like.

Spacious apartment. Excellent views. Gated parking.

No microwave oven. Very narrow street.

This place is outside the center. Very quiet with amazing view. The hospitality is great and the rooms are big and comfortable.

When we booked the stay we asked if there was going to be any noise at night time so we can sleep peacefully she owner . said there are no noises at all which was a lie we stayed for 10 days and could not sleep at night with banging noises , heavy foot steps , sounded like moving furniture ? , scrapping the floor , heavy knocking and just a load of more ridiculous noises! On the first night we all could not sleep because of a odd smell , my daughter is allergic to dust and she kept on sneezing all night long. Then on the next day i cleaned the entire house and cleaned all the dirt i also took a picture which i will be uploading below. The corridor had a sewage smell we told the owner she said there will is no such smell? But then why was we all smelling it? The apartment we stayed at had 2 power cuts for 2 days straight when i rang her to let her know she said she already knew? The first time it happened my wife was at the stove cooking and the second time my son was having a shower just think of what a terrible accident could've happened. Luciana's boyfriend was the one who always came to help with the power cut. Luciana and her mom lives in the apartment above and we stayed in the middle. The power cut only happened to us. The beds and the pillows were not comfortable they were hard as a table. Everyday she would only send me a message asking me to put the rubbish from the bins outside she only cared about the rubbish and not if we was enjoying our stay. And when we complained about our stay she would say these exact words "That's not true" , "This is not a hotel" , "There is nothing i can do about it". This is so far the worst apartment i have stayed in my life. And lastly she asked us personal questions like what we do for a living? We are not at a interview we are only here for a short holiday!
