The ground staff were lovely and very friendly. I really enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was simple but everything worked, which is absolutely not a given in Suva. The laundry service was amazing, returned same day into your room folded perfectly. Laundry staff were excellent. Parking with locked gate was good for peace of mind.

My only problem with this stay was that I was downgraded rooms without prior warning. I paid for a premium room and was put in a basic room. I have no problem with the room itself, but I was not happy to be paying the more expensive price. The staff promised me that I would be able to get the room difference refunded at the end of my stay, but this was not able to happen. I have been following this up for over a month, and had no action. It upsets me to give this place a negative review as I enjoyed my stay, but I just feel a little ripped off and do not want it to happen to someone else.

The rooms and accommodation were very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served in a communal fashion and enjoyable with sufficient variety.

It can get a little loud as you can hear anyone in the corridor or outside the rooms.

Bula ! Le Personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et surtout serviable. Très bon emplacement, petit déjeuner de qualité (différents menu chaque jour). Je recommande cette hôtel en terme de rapport qualité et prix pour un appartement sécurisé avec deux chambres équipées d’une cuisine complète. Le seul point négatif est le wifi mais c’est pas un souci car une carte SIM téléphone avec 250G d’internet coûte 14€, pour 1 semaine j’ai dépensé 40G d’internet en étant connecté tous les jours. 60G pour 1 semaine suffit largement. J’ai utilisé le taxi à chaque déplacement (1,5€) pas besoin de louée une voiture pour rejoindre le centre ville. J’espère avoir répondu à l’essentiel. Vinaka !

Sehr großes Zimmer, Küchenecke mit großem Kühlschrank. Nettes Personal. Zimmer war sauber.

Kleines, altes Badezimmer, das mal erneuert werden müsste. Probleme bei der Buchung / Bezahlung. Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, zu Fuß muss man einen kleinen Anstieg bewerkstelligen und es ist ein wenig zu laufen bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach, teilweise Stromausfall.
