Clean and comfortable

Check-in molto efficiente e cordiale. Appartamento pulito, con cucinino e bagno spazioso, comodo per chi viaggia in macchina, non troppo lontano dal centro. Forno per ottima colazione a due passi.

La chiave della stanza non funzionava o era difficile da usare perché noi non siamo riusciti a chiuderla a dovere.

Profesjonalna obsługa, miły gospodarz. Niezła lokalizacja, można dojść spacerem do centrum (ok. 20-30 min.), blisko ruchliwej ulicy, ale cicho. Gospodarz podał szczegółowe instrukcje, jak samemu wejść do apartamentu, w kuchni czajnik, kubki i podstawowe akcesoria, działająca klimatyzacja/ogrzewanie.

Apartament czysty, ale w łazience grzyb na suficie i fugach + średnio skuteczna wentylacja. W pokoju dosyć ciemno (mało dziennego światła).

Bei Ankunft war eine Mitarbeiterin da und hat den Check-in getätigt. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Aber der E- Mail Verkehr und der Check-in erfolgt ausschließlich in Englisch. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sie liegt etwa eine viertel Stunde entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kompakt und ist für reine Übernachtungen gut geeignet. Längere Aufenthalte sollten an anderer Stelle gebucht werden. Wir haben nur eine Nacht gebucht, daher kann eine ausführlichere Bewertung nicht erfolgen.

Das Grundstück liegt in einem Wohngebiet, daher sind die Parkplätze sehr begrenzt. Wir hatten Glück und haben dort parken können. Ansonsten muss man sich dort etwas am Straßenrand suchen.

The door between the living room and the bedroom was really heavy and hard to close/open

It was large, roomy and clean. But it was how helpful the staff were. It really made a difference to our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and stay longer. We followed a map provided at checkin to see the city. Then we bought charge card tickets to catch buses to and fro the city. (If you buy from tourist information you can get a refund on the purchase price at the end)

Very comfortable department for our family of four (gold room). We had parking all the time and the owner was welcoming and helpful.

The host was very sweet and helpful in telling us what to do about Ljubljana.

The bed felt unclean. There were decorative cushions which were tearing at the seams and didn't seem to be washed which made the whole bed feel unclean. Personally, I don't think decorative cushions should be had in accomodation like this as it does feel unhygienic. There was also an odd smell in the bathroom the whole time we were there.

Very nice host, quiet location. Good connection to the city centre/bled/airport as the bus stop is right around the corner, but would recommend taking a shuttle bus to the airport since in our experience the bus to bled/airport can be a bit unreliable and vague.

Showerhead fell down often, could use a fix. Lights flickered a lot. Other than that we had no issues!

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. Also suggested some great things to do while in Ljubljana.

Great little spot, only 50m to what we're told by many is the best bakery in Slovenia. Great hosts, super helpful, easy check in and very welcoming. Perfect start to any excursion into Slovenia. A little walk into town but very easy.

20 min walking to the downtown. Location was great. We had parking. Very clean and tidy. Coffee machine available at the property. No noise. Property with a gate. Room very spacious. The owner is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay in Ljubljana. Well spent money.

Everything was OK.

Clean and simple apartment, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, enough parking. Good location - can walk into old town in 15 minutes. Also like the eco-friendly touches. Jasna (host) is lovely and gives great recommendations for food and places to visit.

Little more maintenance needed - shower leaking, broken toilet roll holder, broken blinds.

I think they forgot to clean the floor, we had two small kids and as soon as we arrived they played on the floor and wee covered with dust and dirt :( for the rest of the house I can’t say anything everything was clean and perfect:)

Easy check-in, check out. Kind host. Free parking. Quiet area. Comfortable beds. Lot of lights. Good heating. Coffee-machine and microwave in the courtyard.

There is one parking space in the yard, two in front of the gate, so you have to coordinate with the neighbors who leaves when, etc. All parking spaces are very narrow. The kitchen could be better equipped. Only one shelf in the bathroom.
