Big and clean and well function apartment, good equiments in the kitchen and a quiet area.

The location was on a very very steep hill.

The house is huge! For Four friends it was perfect. The pool is big enough, and all the areas are very comfortable. We are talking about four bathrooms and and even garage, with place for four cars. The place is really nice. The owner was in contact with me all the time, it has been a wonderful welcoming and great communication.

For the price, I could have had a better stuffed kitchen, like oil, salt and so on. Also the bathroom could have more than water and towels. The entrance gate is very tricky, you need to practice a while before mastering it. The street taking to the main gate is very complicated for low cars, keep that in mind.

The host was in touch early and told me about how to get in Even i arrived late on a sunday night. The place was awesome with pool, terrace & good size rooms. The House has no AC but you could use the fan that was in every room. Place was really clean overall. I liked The location but it was a really steep walk to get to The place.

We had an incredibly nice holiday with the family, 6 adults and a small child. Where do i start - there is so much good to tell about Casa Branca! The house Casa Branca is large, there are 3 good rooms on the 1st floor, one with its own bathroom, and the others with a shared bathroom/toilet. All with good facilities and towels. All the rooms had access to a balcony and a fantastic view of either the sea or city. In addition, there were 2 more toilets. Kitchen and livingroom facilities were top notch - we missed nothing. There were, among other things, also fridge/freezer with ice cubes. There is a private parking space for the house and a washing machine. Be aware that the road to the house is very steep (generally in Funchal) but taxis can stop right outside, so in practice it is no problem. Just download the taxi-app - it's very efficient. We were outside on the terrace a lot and loved the pool and the garden furniture and sunbeds. There is room for everyone, barbecue facilities, banana plantation right next to it, beautiful and lovely. Adelino had taken good care of us with fresh fruit on arrival and all communication was perfect. The area is great, walking distance to everything. We would love to come again!!

Most of our time was spent outside in the pool and bbq area. It's was fantastic my 10yr old had so much fun.

The kitchen needs some repairs apart from that all good.
