This 3 bedroom villa is set on top of a slight hill overlooking fig tree bay. The villa itself is really modern with free wi fi and satellite TV. And a lovely pool area with outdoor speakers, which was an added bonus for us George, the host, was extremely welcoming and did everything to make our holiday stress free, 10 out of 10 (thanks again George) Only 10 minute walk into Protaras strip with loads of restaurants and bars and fig tree beach which was beautiful Would highly recommend this villa for location, quality of the villa, and friendliness of the host and would appeal to anyone who likes a contemporary deluxe villa in a good location

Great location just a 15 minute walk to the strip. Quiet location and nice and private. 3 double bedrooms with one Queen bed with ensuite. Great showers. Fully equipped kitchen very modern. Gorgeous views with a roof top too.

Because of the time of year pool was freezing but this didn't stop my 4 year old granddaughter.

The villa is modern, clean and fully equipped. Literally minutes walk to the main strips full of bars, restaurants and night life but far enough away to be relaxed and comfortable. The beach is a short walk past the main strip less than ten minutes from villa. The local supermarket is five minutes down the road, also a coffee shop in fact everything you would want and need is less than a five minute walk in either direction of the road. The pool is fantastic and the whole place is set up for entertaining. A sound system and speakers are all over the vIlla from roof terrace to pool, there are seating areas everywhere so if you want a quiet week away or a bit of a lively weekend this is the place. The view from the balcony and the roof terrace is fantastic with mountain and sea views. We enjoyed every minute of the holiday all seven of us!!! The villa has ample space to fit us all and for the price you can't go wrong, bargain!! George the host could not be anymore helpful, from the moment I booked the villa to the day I left he did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be. From setting up the sofa bed in the living room to extra towels, taxi and even salon appointments George helped with it all. The day I left he came to see me, he was more concerned about how my holiday had been and that I enjoyed myself than the villa, he even dropped me off at the coffee shop where I had booked a taxi. George clearly takes pride in his work and his villas and it shows. I can't praise protaras, the villas and George enough. Brilliant all round thank you.

The villa and location are perfect. 5 mins walk away from everything. There are so many places to sit and chill around the villa. The sunbeds are brilliant. The bbq is brilliant we cooked on it for a few nights with the rotisserie. Built in speakers throughout the villas made the whole stay great as well. George was extremely helpful and a great host. We was a family of 4 (4yo & 6yo) and a couple. We stayed a week and we defo return

There wasn't anything not to like protaras is a wonderful place

We had a fantastic holiday. The Villa was in a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants. We all enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back/recommend to anyone. The Villa was clean and modern, George was a great host and there whenever you needed him.

The villa is very nice and modern. Outstanding see views (the villa is on the basement of a snail hill)! It is very close to restaurants and bars street, close to the beach, not far from a big supermarket Liddle. George was so kind and helpful! Thanks a lot for your hospitality and help, George!

It's a new, comfortable villa with everything you need. It is clean, suitable for families and a group of friends, with an excellent location (close to the beach, but at the same time in a fairly quiet and peaceful place). Within walking distance there are many cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and Lidl. There are a lot of lounge locations in the house - a huge hall, a place by the pool and an exploited roof overlooking the sea. It's a music system in the house, controled from the living room. It might be useful to know that the house has three bedrooms - the main one, the largest, with a 180cm wide bed, a large balcony and a private bathroom (with a shower). and two smaller bedrooms with 160cm beds, a separate bathroom for these two bedrooms. Special thanks to the owner. George is a wonderful host, promptly answered all questions and helped in everything. We will gladly return to this villa on our next visit to Cyprus!

Even if you try very hard, you can find only minimal and subjective flaws. Like an unheated pool and ... no, more nothing to add, because in fact everything was very good)

Where do we start, our stay at Villa Spathele was just wonderful. The villa is set back from the main road and only a 5 min walk to the local supermarket, or 10 mins to the beach and strip where you find a mix of bars and restaurants. The property is just stunning, very modern clean, and comfortable. The pool area was lovely and there are plenty of places to sit and relax or escape the sun. Property is as per pictures although they do not do the property justice. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always on standby to offer advice or answer any questions. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
