Well positioned apartment for exploring Bologna and getting to the train station

It’s a block of apartments so whilst there was a balcony there was no view of interest

Francesca was very responsive and met us on arrival. Showed us around unit and explained how everything worked. Very clean and comfortable, has a large porch with table and chairs which was lovely to sit at and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. great to have a washing machine as we had been travelling for a while!

it was near train station but a bit further from town than I imagined. about a 10min walk to get to the start of the restaurants and 15 into town.

A beautiful apartment in good location

Very clean apparment with good facilities. 10-15 minutes walking distance to center of Bologna and the central station.

The double bed and sofa bed are a little soft.

Our guest Francesca was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. It has a huge terrace, much larger than I expected. The location was great, 10 minutes of walk from train station, 10 minutes of walk to the 2 towers. It is in a gated location, with great outdoor spaces. I would definitely return with pleasure.

It was truly an excellent choice! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the beautiful terrace was a real asset. Additionally, its location near the train station was very convenient for getting around the city. The communication with Francesca was extremely easy and pleasant. She was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I really appreciated her availability. As for the access to the apartment, everything was well organized. The provided instructions were clear, and I was able to settle in quickly and easily. This contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It's perfect for those looking for a clean place with a beautiful terrace and an excellent location. Furthermore, the ease of communication and access makes it an even more attractive choice. I had a fantastic stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return during my next visit.
