A fabulous studio apartment with lots of extras. The bed was so comfortable and there was a nice sitting area to watch tv, eat and use my laptop. The host has provided lots of extras: breakfast in the fridge, chocolates, bath robes as well as a compact kitchen where we made a couple of meals. There is a lovely outlook into the garden and it was nice and quiet. Parking was onsite and very close and no stairs to negotiate as all on the ground floor.

The studio was just perfect for our stay and had everything we needed - cosy room, modern and clean overlooking well kept garden. Parking good also which is behind the property so off road in a quiet and safe location. Location is another great feature being in a quiet village, local shop and pubs but with great access to a local train station just 15 minute walk away for trains to Cambridge ( 6 minute journey) or even for a day trip to London. Also good bus service from the village direct into the main university area of Cambridge so would also recommend. Warm welcome from Christine on our arrival and she made sure we had everything we needed , checking this daily over a friendly chat

Absolutely excellent. Comfortable, very clean, excellent facilities, everything we needed. The host , Christine was so helpful & friendly. She provided an excellent assortment of breakfast items, but also nice little extras like fruit & chocolates. The property is ideally situated to get into Cambridge-a very short train ride from the village station

Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Lovely food basket left for breakfast.

Christine greeted us promptly, messaging us the day before to check our estimated time of arrival. The apartment was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, bathroom toiletries fully stocked, a good selection of breakfast items were supplied for the duration of our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Christine made sure we had what everything needed, gave us recommendations of where to eat and places to visit.

Amazing breakfast selection and a really lovely host. Very clean and a great room lay out. Everything was thought through from the kitchen utilities & equipment through to a dressing gown & hair drier. Short walk from Waterbeach train station which gets you into Cambridge within minutes. Highly recommend and I'm sure we will return in the future.

The only improvement we could ask for would be slightly comfier pillows.

It is a thoughtfully designed studio, cozy, well equipped, with lots of delighting little details. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, hand lotions placed in both the bathroom and the kitchenette, just to name a few. Host is generous not only supplying breakfast, but chocolate and cheese, she does everything she could to make your stay relaxed and joyful. Almost forgot to mention, there are two little Yorkshire terriers greeting and welcoming me everyday, super lovely!

Sadly the radiator in the bathroom wasn't working, so that area was chilly.

The property was compact and bijoux in all the right ways. Amazingly comfortable with high end creature comforts thoughtfully supplied. Great location for travel to Cambridge and Ely with Waterbeach utself being quaint and well serviced with shop, pubs and restaurants. Christine, the host, was lovely and so helpful as well as supplying plenty of food for breakfasts etc.

A full size bedside shelf or cupboard would have been helpful.

Great little property, absolutely spotless, bed is very comfortable, close to the train station which gets you to Cambridge in a few minutes! All facilities perfect

.Everything., From our host to the location and accommodation we liked everything. Nothing was to much trouble . Lots of extras from chocolates/ Gapes to shampoo an conditioner. The host Christine had thought of everything and if you need anything then it wasn't a problem. Would definitely go back in the future.

Fantastic studio with everything you could possibly need. I can't express enough how clean and beautiful the studio was. Christine is the perfect host and her two little yorkies Tilly & Alfie were just adorable. Lovely location for access to Cambridge and lovely pub just down the road.

Very well quipped studio set in a garden. Easy parking.

Friendly and welcoming. Quality came through everywhere you looked. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Very clean. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the rail station, Cambridge two stops away. Two pubs and cafe in the village, easy stroll to any of them. We would return.

We loved the location as out of Cambridge so we could park our car easily and just a 10 minute walk to the railway station and 6 minute train ride. The room was beautifully made up and Christine was a very friendly host

The breakfast was superb , Christine the host was lovely, Tilly and Alfie the dogs were so cute, it was a lovely place to stay and very relaxing, couldn't ask for better

The location was good for the park and ride buses into Cambridge . Parking was private and off the road, near the studio. There were lots of basic items in the cupboards and fridge so I didn't need to shop for the basics. There's a good coffee machine with pods for your use. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the linens felt of a very good quality. There are plenty of items in the bathroom including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The showere is a decent size and there is plenty of hot water.

I should have looked more carefully at the size of the room as it was tiny for two people. The kitchen was also small but still included a washing machine and dishwasher.

A lovely studio that was cosy and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Christine is so lovely and clearly takes pride in ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The food items were all lovely and well thought out. The village was lovely and peaceful but just a short easy drive to the centre of Cambridge.We will definitely come again.
