Very charming, great location and very friendly staff.

Hot water didn’t work for the last evening and morning we were there. They were trying to fix it.

Excellent location. Clean. Huge comfortable bed. Very nice man met us on arrival.

Booked a deluxe double, which it was not. Booked a room with a balcony. It was a juliette balcony that should have been stipulated in the information. Breakfast was off-site, which was disappointing. The price was just over 180 euros which is definitely overpriced.

Location is nice for restaurants or shopping for beach is very far( please correct it on booking because there is 150 m from beach and it is not truth…200 m and 150 stone stairs…30min.) The room is well designed but again there is not any coffee mashing.

There is NO balcony and no view!!!We reserved room with balcony and city view.It is french double window . Breakfast is not in the property(one more wrong information)…it is in one bakery and was very poor…one drink and one peace of sweets

The hotel located very centrally, the rooms are lovely. The building is a 18th century small castle, and the hotel is on the first floor. The room had fair size, it had painted ceiling from 18th century, very interesting. The room was clean. The breakfast is located in a cafe nearby. The beach is about 5 minutes walk, it is in historic centre and on the higher part of the town, you can get to the beach via stairs, otherwise, if you have difficulty in walking you can take a taxi, and they have discounts for hotel guests. The hotel doesn't have 24 hour reception, but Manuel is very reachable via WhatsApp. He texted me the day of our arrival and asked me when we will be at the train station. When we arrived, a taxi was waiting for us. He was very helpful in giving advices on what restaurants to go and what tours to do and whatever he advised, were perfect. He agreed for late check out as our flight was late in the evening and helped us with anything we needed during our stay, we appreciate it every much.

parking advertise at booking. but no parking available. closest parking was 6 min uphill, and had to pay hourly rate. Also, shower did not drain, asked to have it fixed but still did not drain and sliding shower door did not close.

Location. Free to use umbrella for the beach. Kind host.

Smell of mold in the room. Bathroom door cannot be closed. Have to go through the shower to get to the toilet. Breakfast is nothing like the pictures. You just get a ticket for a local caffeteria where they serve you one croissant and a coffee.

Elegant B&B in renovated centuries old palace, set in one of the prettiest corners of Tropea. Perfect for couples. Carlo, who welcomed us, was very kind and offered some great tips on restaurants and attractions. Would have loved to stay more than one day, Tropea and this place are splendid. Will def be back!

Breakfast is provided at a bar nearby. Disappointing food quality, so best not to include breakfast and go get it on your own.

Parking is not on site. Under the impression the breakfast was at the hotel, but its around the corner at a cafe. Toilet should be before shower, not a great setup but nice.
