Brak rolet w oknach, widać cię z daleka jak chodzisz w apartamencie i to nie jest komfortowe. Zastałą nas jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na cztery osoby i trzy noce. Nie było tabletek do zmywarki ani gąbki do umycia naczyń.

Lokalita splnila naše požadavky - téměř samota a komfort, klid, dojezd ke sjezdovce na lyžích, zpět skibusem. Vše ohledně ubytování bylo úžasné.

Jediné, z čeho jsme měli obavu, bylo opuštění parkovacího místa, abychom po návratu měli zajištěno parkování.

Very quite, calm, perfect view.

The location is amazing if you are into wilderness. There is a bus going to town and very pleasant walking path. Amazing views and surrounding. Perfect for kids that can play in the snow leaving adults some space :) Building is new and modern, apartment is of a nice quality and equipped with almost everything you need (except consumables i.e. toilet paper, paper towels). Apartment is warm and good for people with allergies - no carpets and no pets allowed. Very well planned, bedrooms on the opposite sites separated with kitchen/leaving room space. Separate bathroom and toilet is also great plus.

Horrible contact with the host. As if they couldn't be bothered by having guests. Not replying to queries or doing it in rude manner. At first we were threatened with extra charge of 50/100/150 euro for coming late (value depending on how late one arrives). So beware all guests coming from a far, when you might arrive late. This was obviously in breach of rental agreement as information about these charges were not provided at the time of booking or in a confirmation email. I only received an email three days prior to arrival and there was no way to argue or ask for alternative solution (I suggested a key box in an email). Luckily we arrived on time i.e. in the time window I sent to the host. In the confirmation letter hosts ask to call them 20 minutes in advance as someone needed to come to great guests hence no late arrivals were possible. To our surprise we received an email with information about keys waiting for us in the key-box that contradict all previous discussion. Next, there was no house keeping information usually provided in a printed form or by an email for instance about wifi password. Then, the shower outlet was blocked. As it was to late to call I sent an info through booking.com - no reply. I called the next day to be told that there is no one to help us and they will come the next day morning. Nobody came, at least not until 10 am when we left for skiing and there were no signs of someone presence (e.g. toilet paper refill, rubbish collected) when we came back in the evening. Water was flooding the whole bathroom and we have to use our private towel to control it as there was no mop etc. to clean the floor. To add salt to an injury, we got 1.5 toilet rolls for four persons for four days and no soap in the toilet. I didn't know we were on a scouting trip and were supposed to come with our won supplies. Overall attitude of property owners/managers is unacceptable.

They only communicate by telephone numbers. They don't read messages in the booking app. But after contacting the person by telephone she was able to come in 20 minutes.

The apartment itself and the equipment, the view and state of the interior was very good.

poor instructions and service: The instructions to use Wi-Fi and heating were poor and impossible to be found. There is no instruction guide in the table where important things are explain in English! Also collecting the key and returning it is poorly organised. poor service is offered and after 21:00 the owners or housekeepers do not pick up the phone. We had to find the key somewhere in town in the basis of poor instructions. it took an hour to find the key and get to the house. this is a bad start of the vacation. there was no response to where to leave the key after leaving. only when I wrote them I take the key home, I received a response. I left it at the central hot lobby in town in the end … in the winter with lots of snow one can NOT drive the apartment building and has to walk with suitcases right thru the snow. the path is not snow free. parking happens on the road.
