relativ großes Schwimmbad, praktische Wohnungen

Eigenanreise bis zum Hotel war wegen Eisglätte nicht möglich. Der vom Hotel empfohlene Taxikontakt fühlte sich nicht zuständig. Nach stundenlanger Suche Schneetaxen (40€ für 20Sekunden Fahrt) gefunden. Trotz strömendem Regen und > 2800€ Vorauszahlung wurden Freunde,die vor uns ankamen, nicht auf's Zimmer gelassen, bevor nicht 100 € Kaution hinterlegt waren. Dabei vom "Wirt" angeschrien und beleidigt worden. Im Bad dann eine verschimmelte Klopapierrolle und Haarbüschel gefunden, Matratzen und Schlafsofa fleckig (mussten selbst bezogen werden, sonst hätten wir das gar nicht bemerkt). Geschirr und Kühlschrank immerhin sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet und Wohnung an sich schön. Handtücher müssen extra gemietet werden. Bei Abreise wurde Kurtaxe kassiert, eine Gastkarte allerdings nicht ausgestellt (dabei auf Schild "We do not provide guest cards" gedeutet). Diese benötigt man aber, um z.B. im Parkhaus nachweisen zu können, in Pec Gast gewesen zu sein. Lage direkt an der Skipiste, wenn man einen kleinen Steilhang herabklettert (immer noch besser, als die eisglatte Strasse zu nehmen).

Good location, very close to the main slope, excellent and comfortable apartment for a big family.

We've come to Pec every year (sometimes even twice a year) for 10 years and it was the firt time we had to pay for one extra roll of toilet paper. Everything is extra paid... it's strange escpecially when the nearest shop is not close to this place. The personel was not kind as we in other places in Pec.

The apartment was really well equipped - the washing machine was a nice surprise, but the kitchen was something else entirely - good stove, oven and above all a dishwasher made it perfect for family stay. What blew me away was that the room for storing ski equipment was heated and had a rack for individual boots. GREAT IDEA!

I was really upset when I found out that you cannot park at the accomodation itself, but you need to park (and pay) on public parking areas + rent a taxi to get you to your destination. To add insult to injury, they don't provide you with the discount card other hotels do, so you have to pay full price. The additional (and essentially mandatory) extra cost was about 10% of the accomodation total. I also didn't like that they even charge you for standard things like towels and even toilet paper. I understand charging for kid's chair, but toilet paper? The host discount card (or lack thereof) also meant we couldn't get the 10% discount for ski tickets and ski school, which for a week vacation also sums to a fair amount. All in all it was a great place and we had a great stay there, but the aforementioned should DEFINITELY be mentioned when you book it (at least the parking and the card)

There was dishwasher/tabs in the kitchen.

Swimming pool/sauna were out of order (which was one of the key points/must have for us to book this property). I would have expected to be informed about it upfront (before booking). You should also arrive till 8pm to collect the keys (in my humble opinion it is not clearly stated during the booking process) - luckily we agreed with the property manager to arrive a bit later, but understood that it is an exception.

Listed contact phone number wasn’t working at all. Tried to reach it several times over few days. No “Guest card” for staying, so no discounts for anything, e.g. for public parking lot, where you have to leave your car, so be prepared to pay the full price + taxi service to bring you in and back. Not even basic equipment in bathroom. No towels, no soap, no hairdryer. No kitchen towels or detergent in kitchen. Just two dishwasher tablets. Announced swimming pool was in different building, which is a bit problem in winter. Friends in different room had kitchen with neither oven nor microwave oven.
