Muy moderno con la estética acorde con Tabakalera. Muy cómodo el acceso y muy bien el acuerdo con el parking

WC-Türe liess sich nicht schliessen.
Gleichgültiges Personal. (Man wurde nie begrüsst, wenn man in die Lobby kam, zb.)

The bed was fantastic - like sleeping on a cloud. Very quiet location. Spacious. Good restaurant recommendation from staff.
Entrance could be more obvious. We booked a room for two but there were only one set of towels. Facilities for hot drinks in room would be nice. Bathroom door heavy to open.

Location excellent for station and bus station
Location 15 mins from centre, in a run down area.
The metal 4 poster bed was in the middle of the room with a large TV at the foot of the bed, no proper bedside table - not good use of the space

Zeer kleine kamer zonder uitzicht voor 300€ per nacht (excl ontbijt !!!).
Ontbijt in jars was leuk idee maar de derde dag ben je dat echt beu. Geen variatie in broodjes (enkel witte pistolet of sneetje brood).

Nice enough room but poorly designed. Weird hotel in an arts centre but no staff available if there was a problem. Spacious room, but expensive and poorly designed. No drink facilities, despite lots of space. Staff on desk were rude on the whole. The room was spacious, but no where to put cases to unpack stripped over them on the floor. We had a duplex room, but the upstairs space was wasted. There was a minibar but nothing to open the bottles in there and nothing to drink out of. Despite repeatedly asking, they did not appear, because there is no room service. The help number was not answered. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, despite lots of space to provide one. The hotel was expensive and there was just one day's free water. The wifi was annoying as it had a complicated password which had to be repeatedly entered. Its a shame as the building could have been interesting.

The whole concept was a wow level positive surprise. The breakfast was like an art exhibition. You have to see it, in order to understand :-)

Nice well turned hotel. very pleasant helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious.
The smell of damp (or just unpleasant smell) was just pervasive throughout the building - maybe it was the close proximity to the river but it was awful. Such a pity.

Lovely design led hotel. Lovely king size bed, very comfortable with good quality bedlinen. Bathroom well equipped with cosy bath towels, rain shower and great products.
No kettle for hot drinks and no information regarding reception telephone no and check out times etc.

Set in a lovely old Tobacco factory, the hotel is well appointed with nicely designed rooms. We went for the room with a mesanine, which we didn't really need, but was a good use of extra space to allow us to spread out.
Some of the corridors could do with a bit of a paint and the curtain did not fully cover the window. But these were both minor issues.

Cool hotel. Unusual design. Clean
The manager was not at all helpful and very rude at times.
The windows are so hight up that you have to climb on a desk to open them. They were also very small. No bar or lounge.

it is a new hotel
There is construction work between the bus station and the hotel. The distance should have been a 1 minute walk but instead it is easily 10-15’. It is very poorly signed and the hotel had not provided directions before arrival. Had I known about the construction work situation, I would have picked a different hotel.

Modern, sweet design in this spectacular contemporary art center. All staff was very friendly, also in the restaurant.
Air quality, pillows, and the breakfast which was basically a conceptual artwork when I just wanted a quick bite.

The location is good - a few min from the bus/train station. 15-20 min walk to the old town & beaches. The stay was just good, nothing special
