Clean modern and great

At first glance the apartment appears nice and there is a coffee machine.

This was a terrible experience, so much so that we left after our first night (of 5). - air conditioner doesn't cool the apartment at all (we didn't sleep all night and had to move the mattress onto the floor to try to get the very little air coming out) - wifi worked for a short time then stopped - bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and smelt terrible - coffee table almost collapsed when we put things on it - walls are full of salt damp - bidet doesn't drain - fridge was dirty and so cold that we had to throw out a lot of food as it became frozen overnight - lift and common areas filthy - bags of garbage at the bottom of lift on ground floor - rusty metal table and chairs on balcony - too hot to sit on in sun - host challenged our complaints about air conditioner and charged us for the night we stayed (and cleaning!), despite our complete discomfort and sleepless night.

Location, sea view, high spec 1 bedroom apartment. Balcony, free parking.

Difficult to find (google map had a different name for the road so driving around in circles for 30 mins). Bizarre there is an apartment L 307 on the 3rd floor and my apartment was L 307A on the 4th floor. Thankfully a cleaner walked past and called the agents for me! The apartment wasn't the one I saw in the pictures and in this one they'd added an additional double bed in the living room. Also emptying the bath caused water to exit the maintenance cover and was very smelly.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, less than 5 minutes from the famous Cabanas boardwalk and all that the village has to offer. I was very impressed with the communication of the host, Diogo, as he made sure my stay was just perfect. The apartment is very spacious and would easily sleep 4 adults and children. Large lounge area leading to the kitchen with hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Washing machine is on the balcony as is the normal with these apartments. The balcony has a great view out across the swimming pool out to the ocean and a lovely bedroom with a small balcony. All in all just perfect and I'd recommend without a doubt.

Location was great , but as I was a late night traveler I found I’d difficult to find my apartment . I had no idea where to go once dropped at reception !!! As I’m on my own , it’s late I would have thought reception would be a good place for information , etc.

Collection of keys to Appartment . More information in the apartment about what to do , where to go . I was really disappointed that I had no access to the beautiful pools , bars , gym . I tried to pay myself and reception said they were sorry , but this is down to the owner .

Very comfortable and fun suite. we enjoyed the use of the Golden Club pool and lounge chairs. Nice views from balcony.

It is quite far from where you catch the ferry to the island beach. Loud music from The Club after midnight. No plug in bath tub and drain was clogged.

Beautifully appointed apartment. Spacious, modern decor. Comfortable beds and great view. Plenty of space for small family.

The only issue - which wasn't a big problem - is that we couldn't access the resort pool without bands which were not included.

To park close by the appartment is difficult. To get to the beach takes much longer than written on the website. You need to reach public transport boat that will take to there.

Location and the flat was nice overall

The kitchen was poorly equipped for a flat like that. The flat next to ours (owned by the same landlord) had two dogs that were constantly barking which made our overall staying less pleasant. Dogs should not be accepted in small flats like those as it bothers everyone in the building.

The room wasnt cleaned when we arrived. In the ad it looked like 2 bedrooms but there was only 1 bedroom. No washing towel, not enough toilet paper. Noisy AC.

The apartment was open-plan, spacious and well fitted out with good attention to detail. The balcony is a perfect sun trap in the afternoon. I was allowed to check out slightly later than 11 which was very helpful!

The pillows are extremely uncomfortable and tiny. The air-conditioning unit needs to be serviced as it does not work well at all - it is a real struggle to get the room cold. There is no oven or washing machine (even though the host confirmed there was a washing machine).

The lack of written information in the apartment. Microwave was on the top of a tall fridge. No plugs in the kitchen. Entrance door 2nd floor lead to shared area, actual apartment 3rd floor via narrow staircase. Unable to use boat to go to local beach, had to make a long walk to other end of Cabanas for boat. (No prior warning of this)

The air conditioning wasn't great- this was our only complaint. It seemed to blow out only cool vs cold air and wasn't very effective.

Nice clean room, close to train station and supermarkets. 10 minute drive to Tavira town. Room has Wifi, TV and dishwasher. Everything you need to cook a meal as well. Have stayed twice would keep coming back.
