We arrived at 15 o'clock and we had to call the attendant because nobody was there in the reception. They showed us initially the room recently used, what caused a bad impression. Then we needed to wait 1 hour for the cleaning of our room. The internet was not working properly in our room (room number 2). The water in the shower was not draining properly and this created a large pool of water on our feet. The towels looked clean but smelled bad, especially after drying off. The breakfast was served in an external bar/coffee shop (3 minutes walking) and it was a cup o coffee plus a sweet croissant.

Nice little bnb right near the beach. Staff were warm and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, beds were made every day. Wifi was good :)

Shower pressure wasn’t great but manageable

Nothing. Nada...niente...nüscht...aber wirklich gar nix!

The bed was saggy, the showerhead was not working, the shower stall was mouldy and even the next bathroom of an other room (which we could use after complaining) was not functional The room felt like a cellar room and in the bathroom were ants or bugs. There was a hole in the wall which was tried to be closed with a tissue. The nearby beach was dirty and full of rubbish. The way to the old town is more than 20minuets. I don't expect much for the price but at least a place where I can find rest and where it's possible to have a shower. The given valuations don't coincides with the reality and the current condition of the room.

The room and bathroom is looking good, there is fridge, water and all nessesities. The classic Italian breakfast is in pasticceria nearby, it was good.

First, we were waiting around 20-30 min for a person to arrive to let us in and check in. Even though we told in advance arrival time. It was kinda stressing that nobody met us and phone was on voicemail. Secondly, there was empty bottles of shampoo and someone’s razor in the bathroom. And lastly but most importantly the room had a strong smell of cigaret smoke and when we walked in the room the first time it was covered by a pungent aroma device which we turned off before leaving and when returned realized what it was trying to cover. That means that hotel staff already knew about the problem but gave it anyway. Unfortunately, there was no one to say about the problem by the time we came back from a walk and realized that it’s the curtains and furniture that smell and it will not go away. We wanted to leave a feedback during check out but again no stuff were there, we just left the keys on the desk and left. So, the hotel is overall good, but there are some small details, which make not very good impression. We would suggest the hotel to pay more attention to a basic service like check in and check out, or at least be reachable through phone to fix problems like that on the property.

Good size sparkling clean high-ceiling studio located in the middle of a main market full of handicrafts, ceramic shops, etc. Beautiful neighbourhood.

The coffee machine didn't work! Parking is expensive if you are lucky to find one!

Nice little appartment in a popular neighbourhood of Salerno. Everthing clean and new, very good communication with staff.

Probably because there was some kind of marathon, prices were higher than usual.

There was parking at the rear of the property which was good. A good walk of 3 km to the harbour of Salerno.

Perfect location - near the city center and near the beach. We travelled by car and got a free parking spot in front of the building. Host was nice and he recomended a delicious pizza restaurant.

I got an upgrade to a bigger room, I really appreciate that! The room was nice and comfortable, the breakfast in the nearby cafe was delicious. Since the room was empty, I even got an early check-in, fantastic customer service, great flexibility! thank you

It's a bit far from the city center, but the bus takes you there in 5 min and if you have a car, then it's no problem at all.
