El orden y la limpieza del apartamento era impecable. La cocina y nevera en perfecto estado, con todos los utensilios necesarios y funcionando correctamente. El aparcamiento en el mismo sótano del edificio con acceso interior desde el propio ascensor. Se recogen las llaves en una cajita de seguridad con una clave pin, lo que facilita mucho la llegada. Está muy bien situado. Cerca de parques y supermercados.

En la descripción indican que la cama es doble extragrande. Una cama de 150cm yo no la considero extragrande, sino más bien normal. Las camas extragrandes son de 200x200cm. Si al menos la pega fuera por el tamaño de la cama, vale, pero resulta que el colchón es súper blando y es muy incómodo pasar una noche ahí. Desde luego la cama, que es el elemento casi más importante de un alojamiento, ha dejado mucho que desear, tanto por tamaño como por comodidad. Además, no hay enchufes en el aseo para poder enchufar un secador de pelo, plancha de pelo, maquina de afeitar, etc. Ni un solo enchufe en el aseo. El wifi es un poquito lento para según qué usos, pero para redes sociales y navegación normal va perfecto.

Everything was good about this apartment, and very friendly host with very clear instructions. Truly helpful. Also a good complete instructions manual in the apartment. 1 minor suggestion for improvement. We realise that this apartment is meant for majority holidaymakers during winter. So, apartment does not have an air-con. This is fine during Autumn and Winter. But it is quite hot in the apartment in Summer, especially now in July. May be management should provide 2 or 3 portable fans or air blowers in the apartment for guests usage. Otherwise, all other things are great. Thanks.

Walking distance (2min) to telecabina that takes you up to ski slopes. Close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. No need to rent a car. Apartment is fully equiped. Very confortable bed. Checkin was hassle-free

The location was excellent and the apartment was well appointed.

There could have been a few more black bags. There were no dishwasher tablets and only 2 washing pods.

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped. It is perfectly located right in front of the Canillo telecabina and there is a Carrefour market and most of the town's restaurants very close to the flat. We had great communication with the host! Thank you Jose Luis!

Upon arrival we received very detailed information on how to get to the apartament, how to find the parking spot etc. I wish every host did it like this! The flat is really spacious and it truely is fully equipped. There is everything you may need during your stay, especially if you want to cook on your own. Wi-Fi works great. Smart TV is also a big plus. An underground parking spot is also included. So is the ski room. Probably the biggest advantage is the LOCATION! It really is in front of ski lift station! I don't think you can stay any closer to it :)

The drain under the shower and in bathroom sink were clogged and water was going down very slowly. The sofa bed was not evenly flat and it was quite uncomfortable. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and if we return to Canillo we would love to stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Cabillo is a pretty place.

No view. The car park was extreemly tight to driv around. Although the owner sent an email with pictures and explanation of how to get to the car park and pick up the keys it was too late for us to print it out as we were already in France and we didn't realise at first that we were trying to open the wrong key box. Also the garage door is manual and quite heavy.
