The condo was the perfect accommodations for 4 people that want comfort, gulf front views, all accommodations, comfortable beds, and all the beach stuff you need. The kitchen has new appliances, and everything you need for your stay.
The condo has 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, and toys, and very nice couch, table and chairs on the balcony.
Wifi was great and smart TV's in every room.

This condo was Very nice. It was clean and had most things that we needed. The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay being so close to the ocean and all the shopping and dining. Lots within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent in the Madeira Beach area.

From the moment you walk in it’s absolute perfection. The view is spectacular. The condo is clean and inviting, well stocked and did I mention the view!! Check-in was a breeze. There are 3 codes to remember which I thought was going to be a hassle but once learned, no keys to carry! You have a parking spot(if you have a car). We really APPRECIATED the hot water and the water pressure. (I have rented many that the hot water barely gets there). Location is great. A bit of a walk to John’s Pass but 3 doors down from Caddy’s on the Beach and just a short walk street side to get to Mad Beach Cantina and Dockside Dave’s. We rented chairs and umbrella right in front of unit, which was great for us as we only had to carry our towels and cooler. It truly was a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation for us 😎. We LOVE Madeira Beach and will be returning in October

This condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and a gorgeous view right on the beach. The owner was easy to contact and was quick to repsond. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and we enjoyed the sunsets nightly. You can rent beach chairs and an umbrella daily or for the week which was well worth it. We enjoyed our stay and had perfect weather!

We have stayed here several times in the past and could not imagine staying anywhere else. You are within steps of the beach, the accommodations are wonderful including your own balcony that overlooks the beach and the ocean, and a swimming pool. You are within walking distance of several restaurants. There are also drugstores and grocery stores within a short distance and bus service that will take you to John’s Pass, which is a must see, with several activities you can take part in, eating establishments, and shops. And then, at the end of the day, you can sit on your own balcony and watch the sun set over the ocean.Hope you enjoy your time in Madeira Beach as much as we do.

To clarify, we owned vacation rentals in the wine country hence a different standard of rental. My review is based on past reviews of this property. This, due to the level of other properties we stayed in visiting Florida over the past 4 years. Overall the condo met our needs (two adults) with the view, convenient location, non-smoking building, kitchen, laundry and included beach items. Below adds some details.
1) The view from the balcony is wonderful. The furniture cushions on the balcony need help.
2) The entire building, including the balcony, is a "smoke free" zone which is wonderful!
3) Kitchen has appliances but lacks a few detail items i.e. cookie sheets etc. The drip coffee maker is basic, old, with no automatic shutoff. If you use the drip, be sure to turn it off after use. There were coffee filters which was nice. There is a keurig, we did not use.
4) Washer and dryer were easy to use. Some detergent offered. We brought detergent "sheets" purchased on amazon.
5) Three low beach chairs (rusted, dirty) and three standard foldable chairs. There are nice, large, beach towels in the condo and some kids, beach toys. We purchased, and left at the condo, a nice, 7.5' beach umbrella with an auger. Auger allows you to screw into the sand just be gentle when screwing in or the auger handles it will break.
Ask the owner for the door code to the stairs. This is faster than the
elevator (elevator for heavy stuff) and easy if you can climb 3 easy flights.

Great place and location! The kids had a great time, it was nice that there were sand toys, beach chairs and a cooler. Very clean and neat. Defiantly would visit again!!

We stayed in Madeira Beach, fished and went to some Phillies Spring Training games. It was nice to be on the beach with easy access.
We found you can stay local for restaurants, but our venture into St. Pete's, especially Beach Rd. and 2nd Ave., had some great spots to eat and enjoy upscale environment. The Condo is exactly what you see in the listing. Location was perfect for us, condo was clean. This is not your high end rental, but it wont disappoint for the frugal traveler.

We had a wonderful stay. The view was amazing each day. The condo is very clean. Our first day there the elevator was not working-Samuel was very easy to get ahold of and called to make sure the manager of the complex knew. The provided beach chairs and toys were a huge plus! We really enjoyed that this was located a bit further from John’s Pass. In the past we always stayed closer to the bridge, but we liked being a bit further away and walking the beach to shop or eat. The other guests in the complex were mainly retired couples so we enjoyed the quiet. Highly recommend if you are looking forward to a relaxing vacation with a beautiful view!

We had a lovely extended stay at this condo. The condo is well maintained, and Samuel is very responsive to any needs or questions. While there he replaced the living area TV with a larger TV & replaced the dishwasher. Washer/dryer are very new as well. We love Madeira beach, & the location of this condo is fantastic. Looking forward to next year!

We had a lovely time at this happy condo.
Beautiful location, dolphins swimming out front, sand dollars washing up on the beach, and close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. It was lovely to sit on the deck at night listening to the ocean waves.
My husband also enjoyed fishing out front as well and we also got to watch some shark fishermen which was super cool!

Everything was great. Location was perfect. Being a corner unit made it all that better. Everything was as it looked in the pictures. Great beach with clear water. Samuel did a great job answering questions we had. Would definitely go there again!

Beach was absolutely priceless and location to beach was perfect. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available.
Elevator was old rather slow and multiple codes around property were slightly frustrating.the stunning location made up for it. Pool was nice , very clean .

Condo was great for us. We really liked that it was an end unit and being right over the beach was great. It’s in a convenient location. The elevator, which appears older, had issues while we were there which wasn’t convenient when checking out and carrying luggage three flights of stbut things do break down from time to time. The unit could use a wine key but otherwise had a decent supply of kitchen items to prepare meals.

We had a wonderful time. Owner was great, and very helpful. Only problem was the elevator was shut down for maintenance. Got a lot of exercise on the stairs! Condo had beautiful ocean views, plenty of room, and was extremely comfortable! Looking forward to returning!!

Our stay was great, we love the location of the condo, having beachfront access, and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. The beds are comfortable, and the condo is spacious.

The condo is clean and in a great location. You are steps from the beach. The place needs a few tweaks like rugs, hangers and beach chairs. The beach toys need replacing as all were broken or falling apart. There was only 1 beach chair. I would recommend but know it’s kinda sparse in some areas. The bed was comfortable.

This was the most comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it never felt cramped. The married couple stayed in the front room and pushed the twins together. I stayed in the master/king bed with the two young ones and my adult nephew slept on the larger of the two sofas. The Balcony overlooking the ocean was also comfortable with plush seating and a dining table. It is a relatively small complex, which we like. Everyone is assigned a parking space. This part of the beach was filled with vacationing families. The children loved the pool area as well. It was easy to get to all area attractions. We went to John's Pass a couple of times. The kitchen was comfortable and having laundry in the condo made all the difference. We had to communicate with owner once. He answered right a way and was very accommodating. The room was clean with plenty of linens. you don't even need to pack beach towels, toys, chairs etc. The rental chairs and umbrellas beachside are more affordable than other places at $150. a week for 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. The chairs are comfortable and easy to move. The beach is right outside the back of condo. No long walk to the water. The entry is easy and the water is crystal clear. We swam to the sand bar everyday to look for sand dollars. We will be back!!!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The condo is exactly as portrayed. The king bed was very comfortable. Location can't be beat. Sunsets from the balcony are gorgeous. The condo could use some updating and a deep cleaning. Ceiling Fans dusted and such. The outdoor pool area could use some umbrellas for some shade. And having 3 different codes to remember for the condo entrance, building entrance and beach pool access was a little irritating. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

While our overall experience was good there were certainly a few disappointments. We loved the area, beach was perfect, food choices were great, location was convenient. Master bed was terribly uncomfortable and pillows were as well. Owners association allowed maintenance workers to enter our condo unannounced not once but twice! This was very upsetting and unacceptable. Fortunately owner (was not notified either) was very quick to respond and personally came to change combination so that they could not enter again.

This condo on the beach has the best balcony ever. It is a corner unit with the south end of the balcony giving a view down the entire beach.The balcony furniture is plentiful and comfortable. Beach towels and chairs being provided with the rental is a definite plus. Great location, close to everything but not in the crowded areas. Very short walk to beach, the pool is refreshing after a hot afternoon on the beach and is on the side of the building offering some shaded areas. The unit was clean, the appliances are in good condition, communication with the owner was easy and courteous. Beds and linens were comfortable. Having an assigned parking space was also a big plus. The only slight negative is that the elevator is very slow, but it didn't bother us, we were on "beach time"! We 4 sisters had a wonderful week at this Madeira Beach condo.

The condo property itself is pretty nondescript with the traditional Florida tan color and older facade, but it was well maintained (with the exception of the white picket fence in the parking area) and clean and kept clean daily during our stay. The pool area was nice and the pool was just repaired during our stay. Bad news is we lost a few pool days, good news we were right on the ocean with beautiful weather to sit on the beach.
The unit was as described. The furniture in the unit as well as the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. The bed in the master was perfect and with the many pillows provided we were both able to find one that fit our style of sleep. Kitchen appliances were adequate and there were plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Only complaint is it would have been nice to have more laundry detergent provided. One other suggestion would be to add some more living room furniture. There is plenty of wasted space that a larger family could use - it didn't affect us because it was only the 2 of us, but just throwing that out there. The balcony was spacious and provided a great view of sunsets, the ocean, and the beaches to the north and south. We ate most of our meals out there and spent evenings there after the sun went down.
The unit had beach chairs, umbrella, flotation things and toys for the kids. We used the chairs and umbrella every day which saved us $15-25/day as the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are provided by a rental company. The beach itself was clean, within a few steps of the condo, and this time of year was not busy at all.
Restaurants, shopping, convenience store, were all within walking distance. Overall every thing was described accurately in the listing and the few contacts we made with the owner before and after our arrival were responed to within the hour each time.
