Staff were excellent must get fed up with the complaints made.

10.00 parking per night for residents deplorable. Said secure parking beg to differ. 25.00p per night for dog extortionate usually pay 10.00p anywhere else. My dog goes to pet hotel from time to time charges 25.00p per day for heated rooms walked 3 times per day luxury service provided. !!! Breakfast 15.00p per day overpriced cant comment on quality wasnt prepared to pay that as normally included in price of room. Check out other hotels in area.

I've stayed on 2 occasions and both times have been great, the staff are just amazing and friendly, they waited up while we were late to check in ,there shift had ended but still waited until we arrived , the lady who served us at breakfast is spot on great asset to your team And cahlifa is just awesome...again late checking in but was at the end of the phone at 2am to help us find the room ..apologies once again for that.. the room was very comfortable and clean, credit to the housekeeping staff who also made our room up everyday 😀. Just perfect

Carparking should be included in the stay , if i was to stay again I think ide Park elsewhere as per night is expensive esp when your staying 3 nights or more...but that's my only gripe. Well done everyone, love this hotel

Although the restaurant feels like a bar - the food was really excellent. Best risotto I've ever had - and big portions. Very very good.

The staff were great, so friendly and welcoming. The bed was enormous and very comfortable.

Having to pay extra to park and the price of the breakfast. Both were far to expensive for the area. The shower was very poor.

Lovely pub and hotel usually been a few times now

Room hadn't been cleaned properly, was bits of food on the desk and chair and menu had dried up food on it, was tobacco on the carpet, also when I booked was told I could upgrade to a superior room at no extra cost which I did but when I arrived I was told all the superior rooms had now been booked out, but when I went on there was still superior rooms available online.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, our room was superb, very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and the bar has an extensive menu. Spa treatments also available.

Food was excellent, friendly restaurant staff.

Move the sink away from the toilet in room 1, too close the bathroom is too small. Towel heater not working. Wall between rooms 1 & 2 thin, was woken up from 3am to snoring from next room. Too expensive to park in hotel car park £10 per night, most paid at other hotels is £3 per night. Because of the £10 extra per night we will be staying elsewhere as we wiĺl be in the area often this year.
