La personne nous a jamais donné les codes .. nous avons dû attendre dans le froid pendant une heure en vain .. une personne qui travaille juste en face nous a dit que ça arrivait très souvent ici . A FUIR

Dejamos la habitación a las 11 am en punto, el propietario nos escribió porque decía que no queríamos dejar la habitación. Me huele a intento de estafa para querer cobrarnos un sobrecargo. Finalmente como mi novio le dijo que si hacía falta volvíamos al apartamento para aclarar las cosas, insinuó que ya estaba claro y todo resuelto. La limpieza no era buena en el baño. En la noche se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle y fue imposible dormir. Está en una calle peatonal, si vas cargado de maletas el taxi no te puede dejar cerca.

Lovely apartment with a great location. All the facilities you need. We had good communication via WhatsApp from the owner.

Just be aware the street has no car access so if you are driving use the car park behind. Cost me 34 euro for 2 days, it is unlikely you ll get a street parking spot close by. I would have liked an earlier check in as after 3pm is late considering checkout us 11 and there's only 4 apartments to clean. As the name suggests everything is automated, you get the door access codes by email.

Check in was very delayed, hard to communicate with no staff, relying on automatic emails that don’t send on time part of their business but unfortunately didn’t work as planned

Excellent location, lots of street buzz below but quiet enough to sleep once you close the windows. Bed was comfy and clean and the wifi was easy to connect and reliable. So handy to have a little kitchenette, especially as a lone traveller who didn't fancy eating out in the evening. I would definitely book again.

It's a bit tired although I think for the price I wouldn't have expected something brand new. The kettle kept tripping the electricity so I boiled water in a pan for a cuppa - no biggie.

Advertises parking but you have to park in public parking. The condition of studio needs fixing: broken door lock, towel heater rack broken, non functioning air conditioning. Worst of all I contacted the emergency number indicating these problems and no one replied, ever!

Perfect location, clean, secure, and easy to find.

Amazing location, easy check-in and check-out, great facilities, awesome for a short city break, street noise is quite loud but it didn’t bother me.

Whilst the room itself was clean, the cutlery etc. wasn’t too clean and we had to re wash it, we were also excited for the tv but the remote wouldn’t work.

We wouldn’t stay here again. Very very noisy at night (busy bar immediately opposite, open til 2am) which meant we couldn’t sleep with window open (and could even hear noise with window closed). It was only a normal Thursday evening! Room on 4th floor under eves so reduced headspace on one side. Narrow staircase and no lift: it was difficult getting our large suitcase upstairs. Mattress too soft and quite small. Holes in wall in bathroom where towel rail has been ripped out wall, and is lying on floor against the wall. We arrived late and just wanted to be calm and relax and sleep, and it sadly didn’t offer that.

A bit of shouting from the nearby bars as they closed. Not the fault of the accommodation and nothing ear plugs wouldn't solve - just the trade off for being so central!

My Nightmare in Nantes: When I returned to the property and used the correct 6-digit code and arrow to open the door, the door did not open. The keypad's numbers were sticking and not registering. Another guest staying in another apartment also tried, without success, to open the door. The nearby notice about seeking assistance was in French only and my mobile phone's battery was low. After one hour of multiple attempts, the keypad accepted the code and I eventually gained entry at midnight.
