Great location to attend antiques fair. Apartment was clean and well equipped. All that we needed was right there. Enjoyed our stay very much.
Pillows were too high for us but others may like that.

Single bed squeaky every time you moved; may need bolt tightening or oiling metal frame. As boiler near single room noise when hot water turned on was loud.

Location was ideal for us . Five minutes walk from our sons house and 5 minutes walk from the town center.

Clean, great value for money, close to centre of town, many fans left, things like handwash and fairy left out
the only one small criticism would be no freezer but not a huge deal given the price!

The location was perfect for access to Newark town centre and the owner provided a parking permit to allow street parking.

It is very warm. Nice and cosy in the winter. The kitchen/living area is a pleasant place to work and the wifi is good. Furniture is minimal but functional.
Parking can sometimes be difficult. There is hardly any storage. As there were only two of us, we used the second bedroom to keep our stuff. The water pressure in the shower is too low.

could not fault the cleanliness. could not fault the amenities. could not fault the ambience. all in all a very nice appartment.
unfortunately the location was different than shown on the booking site. the owner said it was two minuets walk from that shown on booking site, google maps said it was six minuets, me with my dodgy knee & slow wife took eight minuets. nowhere on the booking site did it say that there was two flights of stairs to the living space.
