De locatie beviel het meest. Het hotel ligt direct aan zee en tussen diverse eetgelegenheden en uitgaansgebied. Een nette badkamer en de bedden vielen ook niet tegen (ondanks de recensies).

De deur naar het balkon sluit niet helemaal en door slechte isolatie was alles te horen aan de straat kant. Het verkeer, geluid van mensen die op het terras zaten etc... In de ochtend (tussen 5.00-6.00 uur werd het glas en vuilnis opgehaald en de straten schoongemaakt Wij hebben oordopjes gekocht om te kunnen slapen, terwijl we normaal best wel wat geluid kunnen hebben. Van het personeel waren een dame en een heer altijd vriendelijk, maar het overige personeel ontweek je lieverd, dan goedendag te zeggen. Best jammer van wat ik nu vermeld heb, want het zou een prima lopend hotel kunnen zijn met meer sterren.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente frente al mar y cerca de paradas de bus y de amplia opción de restaurants. El restaurant del hotel, con cocina súper variada y rica. La atención muy buena.

No tengo nada para destacar. Me hubiese gustado tener vista al mar pero es un detalle. Quizás que tengan opción de poner tostadora para el pan en el desayuno.

Wow! We were upgraded to Superior rooms that had a huge terrace that overlooked the beach with absolutely stunning views of the sea, the coastline and the city of Taormina on the hills. It was literally like living in a postcard. The staff was superbly helpful, friendly, and courteous. The hotel restaurant had exceptional meals and the property is close to anything and everything a tourist could want or ask for. In fact, the entire Giardini Naxos area around the hotel was exceptionally clean and fun. Overall, this was an incredible experience and a great value for the money.

There are no elevators in this hotel. We were on the top (4th) floor, so hauling our luggage up was going to be a challenge. HOWEVER!!!!! upon arrival, the staff insisted they carry our luggage up the rooms themselves, so this turned out to NOT be a problem. Once in the rooms, the climb was more than worth the effort. That said, anyone having issues with stairs will find staying in the higher floors somewhat problematic.

L'Hotel La Sirenetta a Giardini Naxos è stato un luogo in cui ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'ospitalità offerta è stata eccezionale, e uno dei punti forti è stata la posizione delle camere direttamente di fronte al mare. Inoltre, è stato un vantaggio apprezzato il fatto che l'hotel offrisse ai suoi ospiti un 10% di sconto per i pasti, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora più conveniente e piacevole.

L'unico aspetto negativo riguarda gli operatori che raccolgono l'indifferenziata, i quali iniziano il loro lavoro già alle 5:30 del mattino, disturbando il sonno.

Największym plusem jest lokalizacja hotelu, praktycznie przy samej plaży (są tam plaże płatne z leżakami i parasolami około 18 euro zestaw 2 leżaki i parasol oraz są tez plaże bezpłatne bez parasoli) wokół hotelu mnóstwo restauracji i barów. Bardzo fajnym i niedrogim rozwiązaniem do poruszania się są linie autobusowe Etna Interbus które kursują tam co kilka minut, do hotelu z lotniska dotarliśmy właśnie takim autobusem 12 euro bilet za osobę, można takim autobusem dotrzeć też do miejsc takich jak np. Taormina bilet kosztuje niecałe 2 euro, należy tylko pamiętać że bilety w tych liniach sprzedawane są na konkretną godzinę z rozkładu jazdy. Według mnie wypożyczenie samochodu do zwiedzania lokalnych miejsc nie jest dobrym rozwiązaniem ze względu na ciasnotę, problem z parkowaniem i styl jazdy lokalnych uczestników ruchu 🤔. fajnym rozwiązaniem do przemieszczania się lokalnie są też czerwone autobusy bez dachu, na które kupuje się całodniowy bilet, kiedy chcemy w krótkim czasie objechać dużo ciekawych miejsc tj Taormina, Castelmola, Isolla Bella, Savoca itp. Personel w hotelu bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Śniadania w hotelu codziennie takie same ale świeże i wystarczające żeby sobie dobrze pojeść, świeże bułki, wędliny ser żółty, jajka, pomidory, jogurty, owoce oraz wiadomo Croissanty ciastka i kawa...Pokoje w hotelu może nie są nowoczesne i raczej nie wysoki standard, ale też niedrogie i codziennie sprzątane oraz wymieniane ręczniki, zdecydowanie lepsze pokoje są od strony morza z balkonami, ale do tego żeby się wyspać i wziąć prysznic są wszystkie wystarczające...do spędzania większości czasu w hotelu np z dziećmi nie polecam, ale według mnie nie po to się jedzie w takie miejsca żeby marnować czas w pokoju hotelowym, jest to lokalizacja świetna raczej dla ludzi chcących w ciągu dnia plażować lub zwiedzać a wieczorem powłóczyć się po licznych barach i restauracjach znajdujących się wszędzie wokół począwszy od restauracji hotelowej do której wystarczy zejść na dół 😉

Wszystko w porządku...no może poduszki na łóżkach można by wymienić bo trochę twarde 😉

- beachfront - sea view - proximity to bus station - clean - good breakfast (for Italian standards)

- we specifically asked for baby cod, multiple times prior to our arrival and we were assured that they will provide one. However, the night we arrived (late in the evening, almost midnight) they informed us that it would be available only from the next day which is unacceptable. After some back and forth they managed to find a baby cod. - they also advertise that they arrange transport to and from the airport, but I found this not to be accurate. They merely give you the number of a local taxi driver. He was quite rude, the price he was asking for was quite excessive and I would not recommend this option. - the room and the bathroom were quite small. - very noisy streets.
