Nice rooms, great customer service

House cleaning people shout to each other early in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and this woke me up some days.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Enjoyed and re-booked several times.

Internet signal fails if you have a room in the back of the hotel.

the room was super quiet and very clean, very hot water in shower, good fan. The staff was very friendly, they had a nice deck on the top with great views of the city, but not much else on the deck. located in the heart of Bello, lots of stores and metro nearby.

the room did not have any windows, but the good thing is that it was very quiet, and nice place to sleep and go out but if you had to stay in the room most of the day, it got a little warm and no ventilation but at night it was great to sleep, just wouldn't want to stay all day in the room,

no breakfast . night table needs a small lamp because you have all the lights or no lights at all. shower needs a mat inside.

There was NO air conditioning, NO hot water, the toilet stopped up twice, no coffee, no trash can, No window in the room, the elevator broke and I was on the 7th floor, I paid for an upgrade on my room but didn't get it, no coffee maker or microwave, no closet, no table, no chair...

It is a motel. Room wasn't clean. Lots of noise. Don't recommend it at all.

They clean the room every day.

The room was different that on the pictures. I got the room without the window and there was no rooms with the window available. There is no wardrobe, no clothes hangers, there's no place to put you clothes or hang the shirts. There is no refrigerator nor water for the guests.

Nice balcony and a nice shower. It took a while for the shower to get up to temperature but it is worth the wait.

No power points near the bed. This was a little awkward for charging my phone but not a major inconvenience.
