Excellent kitchen equipment. Allows proper meal préparation. Very nice location. Though for some it may be too noisy as it is close to some bars and an infamous glass dumpster, that is used by restaurant staff until dawn 🙄

Didn't like the pidgins but wouldn't know myself how to get rid of them off the balcony.

Location outstanding, apartment had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well positioned for us to enjoy great views of Cassis

As for the sounds of Cassis - well, the location of a night club in the same building, came as a surprise. I always sleep with windows open, but was unable to on a couple of the nights when there were very loud noises in the street below, even past 4.00am. Luckily, by turning on the very quiet AC and closing the windows, most of the noise was reduced and some sleep achieved.

The only plus that can be put to this accommodation option is that the house is located 50 meters from the city beach. All the rest are cons and there are a lot of them. In the house (on the ground floor) there is a restaurant called the night club "Parrot" and you are unlikely to be able to sleep for at least a couple of hours, because the music will rattle until the morning, and then on the street in front of the house drunk visitors will sort things out with screams and abuse . However, the owners of this apartment, who apparently themselves rated it four stars, do not indicate this fact in the description of the apartment. This apartment does not deserve the rating of even one star, not to mention four. The towels were such that they felt like they washed the floors. They were not white, but gray with streaks and spots of untreated dirt. They didn’t clean the apartment, everywhere we found dust. The shower room was also not cleaned, but in the mud and droppers. There was no Internet for two days, and when it appeared, it was impossible to wait for the pages to open. The speed is zero. The tv did not work. The door lock opened and closed very poorly. On the balcony are rusted metal chairs with sharp corners that can be injured. We give the lowest possible rating and are very sorry for the spoiled "rest".

Directions to the property were a little vague and we had a little trouble finding the apartment. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi for some reason!
