Great place to stay close to everything very happy

Very clean, well stocked and great location for everything we wanted to do. We actually did see an elk lounging behind our place ( just like the pictures)!

Nice place and close to downtown, well taken care of and loved having the garage.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect just north of downtown and the Stanley. Looking forward to coming back again!

Everything worked out really well for us. Kitchen island was a bit tall for us but it was fine to use. Very nice to have a garage but it was difficult to back out of. Overall I would gladly stay there again. Thanks Steve.

The cabin itself is well maintained and made with beautiful high quality materials throughout. Perfect for our group of 2 married couples (basically 2 master bedrooms that differed slightly) and 2 brothers (got the downstairs bunks). Lots of very nice bedding materials for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked and we never had a shortage of dishes etc with our group of 6. Loved being able to watch Netflix in the evening in the main living area. Great location for Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Two minor complaints: We LOVE ceiling fans, BUT the ceiling fan in the bigger master bedroom was unusable due to a very loud scraping sound (not the usual small annoying sound these fans can sometimes make.) It was cool enough in the evenings without it so we didn't call about it, but when we checked out we turned off all the lights, ect, but left this fan on so hopefully they would notice how bad it is and fix it. The only other negative was that the blender would not work at all. We were so excited to find the blender and tried to make milkshakes. BUT after we added all the ingredients to it we discovered that it would not turn on. We tried different outlets etc, but never got it to work. We called to see if they could bring us a different blender but couldn't get a hold of anyone around 10:00 pm. (I admit it was late in the evening to call but since it was our last night and all the ingredients were already in a broken blender and we couldn't take them out and put them back I gave it a shot.) Overall we were all very happy we stayed there.

The house had plenty of room for our family of six and the location is excellent - super convenient to both RMNP and downtown Estes Park. The work area of the kitchen is a good size and it had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen tools. The reason we gave a 3 for cleanliness is due to the kitchen. Linens were fresh and bathrooms were in good shape on our arrival but the kitchen counters and stove needed some attention.

Nice place, parking was a little hairy. Due to the hot weather air conditioning would have been nice. Over all very nice, clean place.

The property is conveniently located on the edge of Estes Park and easily within walking distance of the downtown area. We enjoyed our 5-minute walk to the Stanley Hotel for morning coffee. While we were vacationing, it was probably one of the hottest weekends with an average of 85 to 90 degrees and no air conditioning. No worries, however, since the evenings cooled off to 55 degrees and if the windows were left open overnight and then closed during the daytime it stayed relatively cool. The balconies were a welcome place to enjoy the view of Estes Park. The parking is a bit odd but we had two mid-sized cars that adequately fit inside the garage. The kitchen was extremely clean and we appreciated the variety of utensils and pots and pans. Because we were on vacation we did not use the TV very much. A grocery store is handily down the road as well as a hardware store. All in all, it was a perfect place for two couples to relax and have a terrific vacation.

Below average Not Satisfied TV s were so fuzzy and old could not watch. No AC in unit but was needed

The home is beautiful. However when I booked and saw the pictures I thought we would have enough beds. The sofa sleepers are pitiful and the picture that shows a day bed and a sofa sleeper is not true. NO day bed. One of the neighbors must have had a wedding party and it was NOISY and horrible. Late at night till 1230 to 1 am and we heard it all!! And then the garage does NOT fight a pick up truck at all!! We had 3 vehicles and we could get one all the in and still couldn't shut the garage door. The other vehicle had to be 1/2 in and 1/2 out of the garage. We obeyed the parking rules but others parked all over and made getting in and out very difficult. The home is beautiful and well kept. It was ok for the long weekend. But I will plan ahead better and book a cabin that is quiet again first!!

Great property and location. Parking is an issue, but manageable

We had a great stay at this condo. There is a lot of space and everything was as expected. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We had a small problem with the iron and Steve delivered a new one without being asked to do so. I would for sure stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 adult children. There was plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The home is very nicely decorated and clean. The location to downtown shopping is great - just a 5 min drive. We especially loved sitting out on the balconies. The view of the mountains from the upper balcony was beautiful. We all had a great time!

Location is good, close to supermarket. House is clean, and has good floor plan. I gave it three stars based on: 1. Owner is not flexible. We asked if it is ok to give us extra 30 min for packing, he said he can't. 2. TV is analog TV, with several shopping channels. No news channel, no sports channel. We had to sit in a tight circle in front IPad to watch NFL. 3. When signing the contract, $750 was charged for safety deposit, but only $500 returned, even the owner said no any damage. 4. Downstairs room is not heated enough, if you want that room to be warm, the rest of the house you feel grilling.

Slept eight very comfortably. Away from busy downtown area. Close to grocery store.

We had a party of 8 people and there was more than enough room! All of the rooms were spacious, kitchen was completely stocked. The views from the back deck were beautiful. We would not hesitate rebooking the same cabin for a return visit!

Great place, only drawback is small sitting area by kitchen and fireplace-makes it hard to gather everyone for conversation, games etc.
