The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. I also liked the outdoor seating area with some trees for shade. There was a nice little cafe next door which was convenient and several small shops for water and essential items.

The first room the owners allocated me was very tiny room with no furniture except a small built-in wardrobe and I spent the first day and night trying to avoid tripping over my suitcase lying on the only small piece of floor-space. I was not happy because I had paid for a room for 2 persons. The proprietor agreed to move me to a slightly bigger room but wanted extra money for this, even though I said I would not use the air-con. However, after I contacted booking.com for assistance, they agreed to the same price for the slightly more spacious room, with the air-con disabled. There was initially no furniture in the room, apart from the bed and 1 tiny wardrobe. Even though they gave me a kettle, it would not reach the socket, as it was high above the floor. But after a few days of asking, they brought in a table which allowed me to use the kettle and put some of my things out. To improve, this accommodation needs to consider the comfort of their guests and not just be concerned about getting more money for rooms. For instance, they could put some small tables in the rooms and some hooks on the walls to hang some clothes and towels from. The rooms also should be cleaned regularly. My room was only cleaned 3 times in 12 days and only when I requested it and each time I was told to wait until the next day and ask again. Even then it was a just a quick 5 minute sweep and floor mop. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and my bedding wasn't changed once. I had to ask for a clean sheet or towel. I felt sorry for the maid because she worked alone and had several rooms and the garden area to clean single-handedly. There was another male employee, but the only thing I saw him do was to water the plants one day! This place has the potential to be really pleasant if the owners paid more attention to the experience and comfort of their customers.

Great location just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Nice staff, on site restaurant. Close to small supermarket and eateries. Scooter rental just down the road. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed.

The location is amazing. Barely 200 mta from the main Arambol beach. The facility has lots of greenery and positive vibes. Sadly, there is no food availability at the site, but you have very good restaurants in walking distance from the resort. Ideally, it's not a resort per se as there is no swimming pool and all, but at the rate they are providing rooms and the nearness of the beach, u dnt need a swimming pool anyways. The rooms are pretty big compared to other hotels/resorts in the area and you get taxis/scooters on rent within walking distance again. I would love to come back to this facility anytime.

Food availability would have been awesome, but it's not a major miss. You have awesome restaurants nearby.

Perfect location couple of minutes from the beach and shops. Nice little restaurant just downstairs. Good sized rooms with AC and fan.
