Walls are quite thin, you can hear when other guests are running water (not great if you're a light sleeper) Bathroom could use an upgrade - water doesn't drain well in the shower, so you're standing in 10cm of water after a few minutes.

Breakfast was very good - great selection. I loved the free wine at 5pm. The hotel is really well located and rooms stylish and have a bath which is brilliant.

My room was small and a bit too busy with cushions/tables which made it feel cramped. The rooms open onto corridor and are a bit noisy.

Location was great! It was approximately 2 ish blocks from the central Copenhagen train station which was very convenient to take the train to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. There is even the option for a small gift if you opt out of housekeeping which was a nice perk! Oh and the treats on every floor if you took the stairs!

The elevator was small and required a few trips up if you have multiple people/suitcases in your group.

Very friendly staff, great location and comfortable rooms. We had an inner facing courtyard room which was very quiet. Breakfast was also lovely.

Great location - near Tivoli/Town Hall and 3 minutes from the central train station-direct train from airport - east to navigate. The room was spacious and comfy. environmentally conscious and treat given if you decline cleaning each day - we plumped for the voucher for drinks at the bar across the road which was lovely too. Nice buffet breakfast. friendly staff. Honesty bar. Coffee/tea machine in room. Could get food delivery to your room - we had Tony’s pizzas one night. Lidl round the corner to buy cheap snacks etc. Loved the lobby with chess/Draughts/knitting - a free wine between 5-6 and free coffee/tea/chocolate all day. what’s not to like!

Super friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere. Even though the hotel shows its age, and is in a bit of a rough location (strip clubs, street sex workers, etc.), it was still a pleasure to stay there.

Wish elevator was faster 🙂

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff and level of cleanliness was great. Also enjoyed how welcoming all were and the happy hour wine encouraged all to get together.

Perhaps have a tea option in your room.

Staff were very friendly and always greeted us. I was so happy to have gotten a pink room with a bath tub as I had requested. The best part was I think I got an upgrade from the small room to the corner room which was much more spacious than the small rooms in the photos. Thank you so much :)

There was no kettle in our room so I contacted reception. The staff said the room i got does not come with a kettle, but I could always go to the ground floor and get hot water. The room i booked initially (small room) had electric kettle in the booking description, so I guess the free upgrade comes with a price of having to travel downstairs for hot water haha.

the hotel was perfectly located near the station and staff were very friendly. we got an upgrade without asking for one which was lovely. the free tea and coffee downstairs was nice also. breakfast was great.

There was a smell of drains in the bathroom. Edges of the room had pieces of fluff/dust. Bathroom tap was very stiff.

This is a very good hotel. Close to the station. Very friendly welcome. Attractively decorated. Good choice at breakfast

The only downside was the breakfast room which was really crowded whne we were there. We had to sit on stools at the counter as there were no tables and there was not enough space to move around to serve ourselves. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed as the offee machine wasn't working properly but despite being told, it took them a while to sort. Otherwise this is a great spot.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. There was a great selection at breakfast and loved being able to eat in the courtyard. There were excellent facilities and the extras (coffee and wine hour) were a welcome bonus!

The only negative is the bed and pillows that were a tad bit uncomfortable (way too soft).
