Pool was not clean, hair in hot tub. Breakfast was very bad. Processed food, cold meats. Poor seating. All plastic utensils. Very bad breakfast.

Great location, sewer in street overflowed with smell of sulfur or waste present. Ice machine broken and ice machine in other building with questionable hygiene. No water sanitary log noted or posted for patrons.

I didn’t try the breakfast but the location was one block from the main strip. Location wasn’t bad other than the pipes and bay overflowing into the street daily

I was not impressed with this property. The staff was nice however the rooms were small. They told me they put pictures of the one room the have (701) on your site and makes it look like they have balcony rooms that are large. There is only one in the entire hotel. There was a river in front of the hotel of pipes that broke and it was horrible the whole time leaving and coming back. My sneaks and sox got wet every time. I have pictures of you want them emailed. I also took pictures of my room infested with ants. I have videos as well. It was clean other than the ants but they got into the drinks we had and food and even where there was no drinks and food they were just there. I ended up seeing 2 ants in my bed. I would not stay here again.

location was ok. The pool was nice and the gym exists, even if it is a bit run down.

They don't have their own breakfast, laundry, anything. Three hotels share one awkward, busy breakfast room. The place was really expensive, but has recently been converted from a comfort inn and it shows.

I book this hotel, and then I asked to change my reservation dates in which they did and when I arrived my reservation was not in the system. And that fats face girl at the front desk wasn't helpful...I would never book here again.. I had to go next door to get another reservation at Canario Lagoon.

A room was the wrong room. Good night we checked in they gave us a single queen or king size bed, room, smell of cigarettes, a shower, and eat. I have nothing to say about this hotel even getting towels was away stay somewhere else. Save your money go to an Airbnb. Don’t bother staying there. The only positive thing I can say was that they were good about responding some of my money.

My hotel room nothing worked My sink atay clogged up. Requested service and nothing We had to remove the center piece just to brush our teeth and wash our face The shower made very loud voices and the water was cold and the wall vibrated by the bed everytime the shower was on They did not offer to exchange rooms or anything Woke up the bites on my body room dis not come with hair dryer or iron I stayed on the 1st floor. they were constantly working on something On top of all this they were trying to over charge me from a different price than what Booking said until I asked to speak to a manager I wish I can upload videos

I really love the place !!! The only thing the pool Had a loose rail and Didn’t had a sign it was broken the 9 days someone could off fail and the cleaning the didn’t clean the sand good !!! Worker were nice lovely and greet people every morning !!! People in the kitchen were ver friendly and helpful everyday I really love have people treat us !!! ❤️
