The locality is excellent and within 5 minutes walk to the train station.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping team - they would always greet you with a wide smile despite having to clean so many rooms for the day. It’s considered expensive in China, but definitely worth the money to pamper yourself. Wangfujing shopping street is a 6 to 8 minutes walk away. Train station is literally right ‘below’ at the back of the hotel.

Design of the room is a little outdated. But it doesn’t kill. Pillows were too soft, even though we had two pillows stacked.

The concierge service was impressive. Miss Yina Wang certainly deserves a mention as she went above and beyond to help us. Truly excellent service, Thank you! We appreciated the breakfast offer, rich and diverse. All products from the local to the imported ones were of the highest quality.

The room was a bit 'old and tired'

Sehr komfortables, großes Zimmer (high floor). Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück. Abends freier Eingang zur Club Lounge (wir hatten Club Regent gebucht). Sehr freundliche Concierge Ina, die uns treffsicher und kompetent beraten hat bei der Planung unserer Besichtigungen in drei Tagen. Sehr große, schöne Schwimmbadhalle. Im Stadtzentrum gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt.

الموقع ممتاز وكذلك الافطار والنظافة وتوفر 3 مطاعم راقية ولكن افضل ما في الفندق هي موظفة الكونسرج (خدمة العملاء) يينا Yina وهي شخصية متميزة بروحها المرحة وكفائتها العالية وتفانيها في متابعة ادق التفاصيل، حال وصولنا قامت بترتيب كل امور رحلتنا وهي تعرف بكين و أزقتها ومطاعمها وآثارها التاريخية.

الدش (الشور) كان جيدا ولكن الضغط ليس قويا في الغرفة التي مكثنا

L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté d'une station de métro. Le personnel est extraordinaire, je suis arrivée à 7h00 et ai pu avoir ma chambre déjà à 9h00. En attendant, on m'a offert une boisson, j'ai commandé un cappuccino qui était délicieux et qui m'a été servi avec des biscuits. On m'a donné les accès au WiFi. Vraiment il est un Super Hôtel, je le conseil très mais très fortement et juste à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la fameuse rue Wangfuging Pedestrian Road. Fantastique. Merci Regent Hotel Beijing. J'ai adoré tout de cet hôtel, je porte toujous avec moi des boules caisse, des tampons pour les oreilles mais je n'ai pas du tout eu besoin, l'insonorisation est parfaite.

We took a taxi from airport to hotel for <100 RMB within 30 minutes amid heavy traffic. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the train station on Line 5 which we didn't use and 20 minutes to Wangfujian area on foot. The staff are excellent, from bell boy to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, friendly, approachable and all ready to help with all enquiries. The room is big and spacious with all the necessities. Will definitely consider staying at the Regent again if the opportunity arise.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the location is amazing very close to many facilities around , the staff are very helpful , kind and polite. I had problem with my room AC and the Duty Manager Ms Yael Gao is she was very humble and polite , she upgraded me to a suite , with no extra charges. Also the concierge staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Ms Yina , she recommended many good restaurants and places to visit, she also assisted me to book the needed tickets. I highly recommend staying in this Hotel, you will definitely enjoy the experience.

Большой сетевой отель в очень удобной локации, рядом много интересных вариантов для пешей прогулки и шоппинга. Неплохой завтрак, но если приходить после 9, то занять стол крайне сложно, возможно потому что мы были на новогодние праздники.

部屋の内装は重厚感をこだわりすぎて、細かく見ると瑕疵が多く、使い勝手が良くない 朝食は美味しい豆浆 揚げたての油条を準備して欲しい。

Hotel con personal muy atento, las habitaciones son bastante amplias y limpias. El desayuno es tipo buffet con comida nacional y europa, bastante variada y con productos frescos y de calidad. El hall es amplio y dispone de 2 zonas para poder tomar algo de forma agradable, hay actuaciones de piano y el ambiente lo hace muy acogedor, mucho personal por todo el hotel siempre atento. La zona está muy bien ubicada, se puede ir andando al palacio real y a una zona de centros comerciales, al girar el hotel puedes encontrar la estación de metro. La relación calidad precio está por encima de lo esperado, muy recomendable.

La única pega que pondría por poner alguna, seria falta de personal con habla castellana, mi inglés no es muy bueno pero el personal pone todo su empeño en facilitarte la estancia.

We liked the whole experience of staying at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Spacious room and huge bathroom, comfortable beds. No noise from other rooms nor from outside. Walking distance to tourist main streets. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities that the hotel offers such as the pool, the gym and the spa.

There was a misunderstanding with booking.com as I thought I selected a rate that included the breakfast, however I was told that it would be an extra charge. We didn’t add the breakfast. We were disappointed about that.

The hotel is as good as expected for a Regent Hotel. The great added value is Yina from the concierge. She helped us a lot to make our stay perfect. Any day good advices for tours, restaurants and any little need. She really gives her best to exceed the guests' expectations. I wish there was a Yina in every hotel :)

Service, breakfast, location

Loved the indoor pool and gym facilities. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. The hotel atmosphere was lovely, especially having the piano player in the lobby. We ordered some drinks in the evening and were surprised to receive a lovely platter of veg sticks, nuts and chocolate. Nice touch! Also was nice to get a knock on the door and were delivered some apples.

The price was a little high I believe. When I booked I selected two adults and one child and I added breakfast. So when I paid I expected I was paying for all three of us. But on check in I was surprised I had to pay for extra bed and the extra breakfast. The rooms could do with a modern renovation, it didn't match the downstairs vibe in my opinion.
