We really enjoyed this condo. Directly across from the beach with the views exactly as they were listed in the description. We could walk to all the restaurants. The only very slight issue we had was no toilet paper or dish soap When we arrived which we didn’t realize until after we had already done our shopping but a quick walk to the circle k and we were all set. So not a huge deal. Lots of beach towels and chairs which helped a lot! Thank you for a great stay.

We loved our stay , the close proximity to the beach, the communication with Sophie, she was always available for anything, not being from that area gave me excellent recommendations on the places I enquirer about that we was interested in. We will definitely return

We drove down for the weekend for a little sand time and this place was perfect! We could walk endlessly on the sugarsand beach to watch dolphins, osprey and seabirds in the morning, then 10 minutes to shopping, dining, and parasailing in one direction or the beach market at Coquina Park (Sunday) the other direction! It IS right across the street from the beach and we could sit outside and watch the ocean with coffee in the morning. It was January so we needed both heat and AC and it was always comfortable in the condo. It is well stocked - with lots of extras that you may have forgotten. We did contact the owner after leaving to advise her that we were unable to lock the bedroom window (a security issue as it would be simple to break in while you are at the beach/or sleeping) and she promised to have it fixed promptly;0) Overall it was a delightful little place that I was happy to return to after playing! We'll use it again;)

Excellent view of the Gulf from front porch. Cross the road and you are on the beach!! Walk to Bridge Street for food and mini golf!!.

The view is everything! We loved seeing the ocean anytime we were in our unit. We spend the mornings enjoying watching the waves roll in and the evening sunsets can't be beat! The unit is cute, cozy, clean and everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! It's stocked with everything you need to walk to the beach. Umbrellas, beach toys, chairs, wagon and more! Just amazing.

We had a great time for a long weekend. The queen bed was very comfortable, but our friends reported that the twins beds were terrible. Loved having beach chairs to use, but the kitchen could have been stocked better. Overall ,It was a great time and a cute rental.

This cozy condo was a perfect place for me and my friends! It's right across the street from the beach and the view is breath taking, especially at sunset. Close by to shopping, restaurants and local night life. The host is very responsive and answered all my questions before arriving. Thank you Sophie for making our girls weekend one to remember 😊 we will be back!

The property was so cute and clean - great location to the beach (just walk across the street). I will definitely be staying here again!

Owner was a wonderful communicator. Extremely responsive to any questions. Place was well stocked with towels and dishes for our stay. Nice view of the ocean and just a walk across the street. The washer and dryer was a plus and there were even beach chairs and an umbrella plus use of a wagon to take it to the beach. The sofa and loveseat really need cleaned and being close to the street can be a little noisy at times. However, it is a short walk to Bridge Street and a beautiful view at sunset. Loved the second floor unit.

We loved our stay at the condo. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was provided for us. Location was perfect! Beach across the street and 10 minute walk to town. The owner was incredible! Would definitely recommend!

My mom and I had an amazing stay here! Location is key when I look for a place and this was perfect! You walk right across the street and you’re on the beach! You’re also within walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars. I highly recommend checking out Bridge St! There’s also a free trolley that takes you around the Island. Sophie was great at communicating and so friendly! The place was so neat and there’s everything you need there! (Beach towels and chairs). I will definitely be returning here next time I visit.

This felt like an old style Florida condo. You can leave your front door and be in sand and literally 2 minutes. Everything was really clean. If you're looking to relax on the beach for a couple days this is definitely spot you should consider!

Sophia was an excellent host and amazing with communication throughout our stay. We had an amazing first experience here and are already talking about our next visit. The house was very clean and a perfect layout for us, having two kids. Perfect size and beautiful view. Literally just steps from the beach. You can’t beat the location.

Great location, Beautiful view of the water. Clean and as described in the ad. It was hard to find house number in the dark but that was our fault we arrived late a night. There was construction just a couple blocks down and lots of traffic, neither were owners fault.

Location is perfect! Communicating was fast and easy. There was an issue in the original unit we booked but they made arrangements for us to stay in different unit and didn't miss a beat! They were friendly and a pleasure to work with. You will love this beach, which is only about 30 steps away!

Condo had a great view of the ocean and sunsets. Needs a few upgrades but a nice stay. Sophie was very helpful with anything we needed.

My wife, daughter and I stayed for the weekend and loved this place. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Condo was clean with all the essentials, awesome location with excellent views of the sunset from the upstairs balcony or a walk out to the pier right across the street! Short walk down to restaurants, bars and shops. Sophie was great to work with excellent communication! We would definitely come back!

We loved being right across from the beach and it was an easy walk to the shops on Bridge Street. The condo is not posh but the beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Sophie was extremely easy to talk to and definitely did everything she could to make our trip wonderful. We definitely will be back!!

Conveniently located directly across from Cortez Beach. Can see the ocean from the living room window. Condo was average with some updates and repairs needed. Anna Maria Island is just beautiful.

To compliment our 2 weeks in Florida I booked a 2 night break for my Wife’s birthday in Anna Maria Island and I couldn’t have been more happy with the choice of accommodation and the amazing sunset we were treated to. The 2 bedroom place was perfect for my Wife, 2 girls and myself. The condo was just across the road from a lovely beach and there was plenty of restaurants and shops near by if you needed them. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the warm temperatures as it got up to 95 ‘f at one point and on the Tuesday night we got treated to the most amazing sunset. When we go back there we will definitely book a few more nights as there is more island to see and my Wife loves he sea and a beach Thanks to Sophie for renting it us and also helping my Wife’s birthday start with a nice bottle of bubbly and some balloons which she really appreciated. If your looking for a lovely seaside condo with lovely views and a beach on the doorstep then this is your place

The condo was amazing. Beautiful. Spacious. Like a HOME! It was awesome! The owner was the nicest lady ever, texted me back in less than a minute every time. There’s everything you need for the beach. You can see the ocean from your front porch. Literally across from Cortez beach. It was amazing. The ONLY minute not-picky downsides are the condo was sandy BECAUSE ITS AT THE BEACH, and there’s no cooler. And that is truly as picky as you can be. It’s the perfect family or couple condo. I will be back.
