Location close to Centrale is perfect in case you are traveling by train, very friendly staff at the reception - guys were very nice and helpful.
Bathroom was not really clean, as well in the room could be cleaned better from dust. Ventilation doesn’t work properly so it’s nothing to breathe in the room.

Most of the food was okay. The staff were fantastic.
My partner got food poisoning. We got charged for our 1 game of mini golf when it was meant to come complementary.

La chambre ne ressemblait pas aux photos sur Booking. Nous avons eu une vieille salle de bain (où les joints sont à refaire car il y a de la moisissure). Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas !

This is the kind of modest small European hotel that I really appreciate. Rooms are functional but comfortable and scrupulously clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: 4 minutes walk to Milano Central, but on a very quiet and peaceful street. Just what I was looking for as a brief overnight stay before onwards travel
No criticisms at all. If you are looking for frills, this won't suit you.

Yalnız bir kadın olarak seyahat edip güvende hissettiğim bir oteldi. Konumu harikaydı her yere yürüyerek gidebilmek harikaydı.
Asansörde yoğun bir gaz kokusu vardı biraz endişelendirdi.

L'hotel és una mica antic però l'habitació està molt bé. A l'habitació teniem un bullidor i infusions.

La ubicación, cerca de la estación del tren, lindo entorno con buenos restaurantes .Esta prolijo y limpio.
El agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente. Tiene buenas instalaciones pero un poco deterioradas.

The location is good, near Milano Centrale, and the reception workers are so friendly. The rooms use Europeen version of rocket, which is good and convenient.

Stanza piccolissima ricavata al piano terra della struttura. Arredamento di recupero, bagno enorme e freddo. Pulizia così così. Rumori e urla in sottofondo. Mai più.

The room was big, modern and very comfortable. You can tell the hotel is old and needs renovating in the common areas, but I was very surprised by how nice the room was. The staff was super friendly as well and the location is perfect, walking distance from the Station and also the center, with lots of great restaurants nearby.
As I said, you can tell the common areas need a bit of upgrading, but I'm sure they will get around to it eventually.

Was 5 min walk to the central train station, it was warm and the stuff was nice.
The rooms were unrenovated, with spots on the walls, doors and on the bathroom ceeling.

Basic, exactly what we expected. The hotel's price-quality ratio was good. The room was quite small for three, but adequate. The staff was friendly and the cleaning worked. The railway station and metro are nearby. You can also walk to the Dome from the hotel. There were a few nice restaurants right near the hotel. We could go again

The hotel and the rooms were clean and moderately modern. The location of the hotel is great.
A bit expensive for the standard of the hotel and the rooms. The rooms are a bit loud, so that you here everything that’s going on in the hallway and also get noises from the sides and above.
The service was polite but not overly helpful.

The hotel is very close to the Central Railway station and metro. There are lots of bakeries and small restaurants nearby. The staff is very polite.

Room is so tiny, not like it looks on photos.
Bathroom is old stuffed and dark, there is no much light. Can’t control air condition, there are some problems with electricity in room. So bad sound isolation, some time it seems like somebody came to room.

The room was really small but confortable. Other hand the bathroom was spatious. I had a great balcony as well with view to the street and the other bulidings. Good connection to the Centrale Station and the airport shuttle. Minibar in the room.

the property was perfect location and had lots of restaurants nearby and just a short metro to the centre and duomo. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We booked the economy double and had all the facilities we needed. would definitely stay again

Close proximity to the city and central station. The staff were lovely. Great restaurants nearby. The room had a comfortable bed and little balcony.
It can be noisy at night due to being on a busy street. No iron in the room, had to request it at reception.
